We Used A "Snowball" Method To Make Contact With The Interviewees. Sixteen Interviews Were Conducted, With A Structured Script, With Agents From The Adolescents' Internment Centers In The State Of São Paulo. The First Chapter Of This Thesis Is The History Of The Institutions Of Hospitalization Of Adolescents, With The Purpose Of Contextualizing The Interviews Conducted, And Pointing Out The Historical Origin Of The Form Of Care Directed At Adolescents In Conflict With The Law.
