Objectives: Analyzing conception which health-services professionals, teachers and students have over interpersonal relations in a scope of curricular activities developed in health services; identifying agreement spaces between Higher Education Institution (IES) and Municipal Health Office (SMS). Methods: Exploratory, descriptive study which has documental analysis and qualitative-quantitative approach. It has been developed on the Basic Health Units (UBS) which is associated with Health Sciences State University of Alagoas (UNCISAL). It has included: Documental Analysis, Interview and Likert Scale. The analyzed data were: National Curricular Guidelines from referred courses, public note for curricular-changing incentive programs, agreement of referred IES’s and Secretary of Health, and IES courses’ pedagogical projects. Interviews were performed with managers from both Health Units which received UNCISAL students; The Likert Instrument, after validated its content, dispersion and reliability, was applied to a 72-subjects sample, including managers, professionals, teachers and students from the Institution’s health courses. Results: The documental analysis pointed that the development of activities in health services by graduation students is present, in a relevant way, in all documents. It has been verified also that are expected and demanded juridical and legal instruments so education and health services institutions define together these actions, highlighting that all the curricular- changing incentive programs were defined by Interministerial Ordinance. It has been seen that, in daily practical activities, this articulation is insufficient, even though the managers recognize the contributive factors of Education - Service integration in professional training. The interviews revealed the need for greater flexibility to host the IES students. The lack of interaction between the IES and the service, as well as an inadequate pattern in the interpersonal relations between them, was evidenced and reiterated by the Likert Attitudinal Instrument added to the subjects' perception of the lack of practice scenarios and poor distribution in the three levels of attention. Conclusions: Official Documents point to the importance of education activities development in the services and the necessary integration between IES and health services to professional training. Attitudes and compromises between the actors which belong to IES and health services allow effectiveness of Education – Service integration.

Contributed to service reorganization, enhancing team work and stimulating integral care practice. It favored Permanent Education process of clinical staff. Apart from this, RMS implementation found oder problems and it was necessary to face challenges and weaknesses arising from a lack of comprehension of RMS role, from a lack of knowledge of tutor and preceptor duties and resistance of clinical staff, especially in the implementation phase. - ItemAcesso aberto (Open Access)O Trabalho Docente Na Prisão Por Professores Da Rede Estadual De São Paulo: Entre A Lógica Da Formação E A Lógica Da Adaptação(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2017-08-21) Silva, Andressa Baldini Da [UNIFESP]; Penna, Marieta Gouvea De Oliveira [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP)The subject of this study regards the teacher’s work in prison. The general purpose was to identify and analyze aspects of the teacher’s work in schools located inside prisons of the State of São Paulo, aiming at understanding the teacher’s practice as well as how agents understand and carry out the teaching exercise within this context. The following question was defined as the main issue of the study: “How teaching is set inside prisons and which are the working conditions provided to teachers?”. The hypothesis guiding this research was that the forms of hiring, training and working conditions provided to teachers acting in schools inside prisons in São Paulo explicit and enhance the social and political devaluation of teaching. Research data were collected by means of documents, questionnaires and semi-structured interviews with six teachers who work in schools of prison units of São Paulo. As theoretical reference, the concepts created by Pierre Bourdieu – such as field and habitus – were used, which help to comprehend the objective mechanisms to which agents are submitted. Among the results obtained, the precariousness and devaluation of teaching in the State of São Paulo are highlighted; this is evidenced by the process of hiring teachers and employment relationship maintained with the State, the working agreement, the low wages, the lack of recognition of the profession and lack of materials available in order to perform the classes. With respect to training strategies of teachers, these relate much more to the setting of safety measures and the definition of the teacher’s position inside the prison system through their way of acting – their behavior, clothes and boundaries in their relationship with students, than to an education focused on the reflection on the teacher’s practice. The motivation for choosing teaching in prison refers to the objective conditions of agents. In the interviews, it was clear the adaptation of teachers to the prison dynamics and the fact school is designated as a value – teachers feel valued when teaching in prison units due to the relationship stablished with the students.
