- ItemAcesso aberto (Open Access)Desafios da saúde do trabalhador na atenção básica em Santos(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2020-12-04) Nemetz, Rosemeiry de Lima [UNIFESP]; Queiróz, Maria de Fátima Ferreira [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP)Introduction: The population requires comprehensive assistance through an integrated and articulated SUS service network. In this context, Occupational Health has significant relevance due to the high rates of occurrence of work-related illnesses / accidents, including the attention of individuals in work situations, guaranteed by Law 8080/90. In the structure of the Brazilian health system, Primary Health Care is one of the main doors of entry for SUS and experiences the reality of work / health - disease processes in the territory and meets its underlying demands. Objective: Understand the meaning of work and its determination in the health-disease process in the territory, by the members of the Primary Care team and CEREST, and identify the difficulties and possibilities in the development of worker's health actions, with emphasis on integration and articulation. Method: Research with a qualitative approach through the use of thematic workshops resource with the professionals of CEREST Santos and the health units of Primary Health Care in the Northwest Zone and the Intermediate Waterfront, selected with a greater representation of residents notified in diseases related to the between 2013 and 2018. There were two groups, with a total of 14 professionals, 8 of which were Primary Care and 6 from CEREST, from June to November / 2019. The first two meetings of the workshops of each group took place at the Basic Health Unit of the selected territory and the last at CEREST- Santos, each meeting lasting two hours and a total of three meetings per group. The first two meetings of the workshops of each group took place at the Basic Health Unit of the selected territory and the last at CEREST Santos, with each meeting lasting two hours and a total of three meetings per group. The speeches collected in the workshops were analyzed using the Collective Subject Discourse method, in view of the need to know the subjectivities of individuals in relation to work relationships, through social representations. Results: The data collected showed similarities in both groups. Health professionals recognize that work is a determining factor in health, and is related to financial need, dignity and social identification. However, the lack of interaction with CEREST, as a point of technical support, through permanent health education makes it difficult to understand the reality of users 'work and the proposition of actions in the field of workers' health. Participants in Primary Care point out the need to raise awareness to expand the view of the care provided to the user-worker, in order to have an impact on the reception and changes in health practices, with a view to the principles of universality and comprehensiveness. They highlight the need for strategic planning, to trigger network work in order to guarantee access and resolution of services to users-workers, and health professionals themselves in overcoming their limits, through knowledge sharing and support.
- ItemSomente MetadadadosDescobrindo tesouros no território: agentes comunitárias de saúde em cena(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2019-03-12) Resende, Fernanda Maria Pacheco De [UNIFESP]; Nicolau, Stella Maris [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP)Within the Family Health Strategy program, community health workers often stand out because they are professionals without a formal education in health sciences, but with trainning for service. In addition, they are required to live in the area in which they work. The service provided near the locations of the families, and the knowledge of local community issues allow them to develop a different perspective on the suffering of the families. These professionals deal with a variety of problems and their service goes beyond health care. Their routine is filled with struggles which often lead to the development of mental health issues. The present research/intervention of cartographic attitude aimed to obtain insight into the work of these professionals, their potential and difficulties, through the practice of workshops, using movies as tools to disrupt their routine and open them to a shared personal experience. From the data analysis generated, it was concluded that the workshop involving movies allows a pause for reflection about the work duties, about the relationships with other professionals and the families served, as well as awareness of the difficulties and abilities of the participants in their daily work. Therefore, the cinema workshop was shown to be a potential tool to be used in the Health Continuing Education program, in addition to represent an added opportunity for connections with other professionals, with opportunities for listening and comforting others.
- ItemSomente MetadadadosA Educação Permanente E As Ações Na Alteração Primária À Saúde(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2017-08-29) Terrazas, Caroline [UNIFESP]; Pinto, Umberto De Andrade [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP)This research aims to analyze the processes of permanent education in health (PEH) offered to professionals that work in Primary Attention to Health (PAH) through the Family Health Strategy (FHS) of the city of São Paulo. This is a qualitative study in which 14 semi-structured interviews were carried out. Among the professionals interviewed, 13 are hired by 6 different Social Health Organizations (SHO) and, among these, 6 develop PEH actions and the other 7 are FHS workers who participated in some permanent education process and interview with a professional of the Municipal Health Secretary responsible for PEH in PAH. The interviews were handled by content analysis according to Bardin. The empirical data were interpreted by the intersection between education and health, with the respective theoretical references of Freire, Saviani, Paim, Ceccim, and by the manuals of the Ministry of Health and by the National Policy of Permanent Education in Health (NPPEH). From the analysis procedure, the following categories emerged: The PEH processes; the PEH at the FHS; Proposals and themes of PEH; Methodologies and didactics adopted at the PEH; Challenges and Reflections about the practice of PEH. The research showed that the PEH actions, carried out with the PAH workers acting at the FHS, are educational practices based on the concepts of Continuing Education and Education in Service. The methodologies adopted are the same of the initial education processes and, because of this, there is no employee participation. The proposals and themes are developed through programmed courses, previously, by the Municipal Planning of Permanent Education, which is done annually. The educational actions are made by professional categories, themes related to the relational knowledge of the practice are not addressed, there is established mismatch between the principles of the SUS with the contracts of management established by the partnership between OSS and SMS-SP. Therefore, PEH is a practice that is still far from the NPPEH proposal.
- ItemAcesso aberto (Open Access)Educação permanente em saúde: desafios e perspectivas no âmbito da gestão(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2020-08-19) Antunes, Amanda Barbosa Monteiro Vasques Pereira [UNIFESP]; Batista, Nildo Alves [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São PauloINTRODUCTION: The practices of Ongoing Health Education (OHE) become paramount in the performance of the management actions of the Municipal Hospital Autarchy of the Municipal Health Secretariat of São Paulo (AHM/SMS-SP), providing the necessary changes to solve the problems raised in the daily practice and offering mechanisms of indispensable transformations and essential adaptations in comprehensive care for sustainable health. In this sense, OHE interventions must be present in a representative and frequent way in the work processes developed by management, including in the structuring and realization of possible and viable articulations for strategic, practical and effective planning. OBJECTIVE: This study analyzed the perspective and challenges of OHE within the scope of management at AHM/SMS-SP and its Hospital Units, and, more specifically, apprehended the perceptions of managers regarding the role of Autarquia in the development of OHE, its relevance in management, management practices for its realization and the challenges for its development. METHODOLOGY: It adopted a qualitative, transversal, exploratory and descriptive approach. The research was carried out in three hospitals in the city of São Paulo and, as part of its construction, it counted with the participation of 17 hospital managers. In the data collection, semi-structured interviews were used. The content analysis was carried out in the thematic modality, starting from four thematic nuclei: the role of AHM/SMS-SP; managers' perception of the relevance of OHE; practices in the perception of managers and their challenges. RESULT AND DISCUSSION: Definition and operationalization of the management guidelines for OHE were highlighted as the main role of AHM / SMS-SP. Everyone recognizes the importance of OHE in Hospital Units. The main practices of OHE management were the establishment of a policy aimed at the group of professionals, following the guidelines of the National Policy on Ongoing Health Education, the prior planning of the identification of actions, the use of diversity in the OHE development strategy, the organization of the practice and the use of new information and communication technologies. The main challenges in the perception of managers are the presence of an unfavorable culture, the lack of integration of management levels, the scarcity of financial resources, the difficulty of availability of personnel, the continuity in development and the commitment of the manager and the management. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: This study was evaluated from a specific management perspective, with the need to expand and continue the research to enrich the understanding of the existing challenges for the development of OHE in the Hospital Units in the Municipality of São Paulo, making it possible to analyze other perspectives to understand the extent to which the role of AHM / SMS-SP can be improved.
- ItemAcesso aberto (Open Access)TELESSAÚDE e educação permanente em saúde: uma revisão integrativa(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2020-12-16) Santos, Cassia Glauciene Clementino Sales dos [UNIFESP]; Batista, Sylvia Helena Souza da Silva [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São PauloINTRODUCTION: TELESSAÚDE (TELEHEALTH) is understood as the use of communication for distance activities, which uses health-related information technologies at the primary, secondary and tertiary levels, and enables access to diagnostic and / or therapeutic support resources among health professionals or between them and their patients and users. Within SUS, TELESSAÚDE is committed to two priorities: health education and the provision of secondary care. OBJECTIVE: to analyze how the relations between TELESSAÚDE and Permanent Health Education have been discussed in scientific articles published from 2007 to 2018. METHOD: an integrative review covering publications found in the period from 2007 to 2018, based on the question: how does the scientific literature describe the tools of innovation, technology and information (TELESSAÚDE) and possible connections with the teaching-learning processes in the Permanent Education of professionals in SUS? The search and capture comprised articles published in the Virtual Health Library - VHL, Medline, SCIELO and LILACS databases, considering the descriptors TELESSAÚDE and Permanent Education in Health. The data production process was carried out between October 2019 and March 2020 The inclusion criteria included manuscripts that are original articles, published and indexed in the referred databases, in Portuguese, English and Spanish. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: from the searches performed and considering the criteria adopted in this research, an empirical field of 17 articles was configured for analysis. Among the total of articles, 16 were found to be produced in Brazil (notably in the Southeast Region), and only 01 was produced in the USA. Within the scope of the publication vehicles, a dispersion among the journals was identified with a maximum of three articles found in the same journal. With regard to methodological designs, it was possible to identify a predominance of qualitative studies, and the tools of TELESSAÚDE emerging linked to the processes and instruments inserted in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and Distance Education (EAD). TELESSAÚDE's connections with the continuing education processes of professionals in SUS were perceived as effective possibilities. These possibilities face limits to be overcome with emphasis on the lack of structure in the Health Services (covering equipment, materials, network and connectivity speed), HR, in particular, IT professionals) and the expansion of the number of tutors. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: TELESSAÚDE is recognized as a critical, interactive and potentially transformative formative space that addresses the concept of Permanent Health Education as a dialogical process. From the research, the Infográfico TELESSAÚDE e Educação Permanente em Saúde: vamos conversar?( Infographic TELEHEALTH and Permanent Education in Health: shall we talk?) was elaborated. The referred products are expected to contribute to the enhancement of TELESSAÚDE in the processes of permanent education of health workers.
