The Doping Was Conducted With The Use Of Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition " Pecvd Process, With A Silver Hollow Cathode Conjugated. Experiments Were Carried Out With The Argon Flow Ranging From 20 To 80 Sccm, For Evaluation Of Its Influence On Film Adhesion. The Adherence Of These Films Was Studied When Deposited Right On Carbonitrided Ti6al4v Alloy Too. The Main Characterization Methods Used Were Raman Spectroscopy, Atomic Force Microscopy " Afm, Scanning Electron Microscopy " Sem, Secondary Ion Mass Spectroscopy " Sims, Scratch Test, Hardness Test Vdi " 3198 And Nanohardness. Lastly, In Vivo Tests Were Conducted With Wistar-Epm Rats, For Evaluation Of The Alloy Ti6al4v Substrate Biointegration In 3 Conditions: Polished, Covered With Dlc Film And Covered With Silver-Doped Dlc Film.
