    The Present Dissertation Offers Elements For Criticizing The Indebtedness Of Public Servants In The Context Of The Financialization Of Capital, Based On The Empirical Basis Of The Public Servants Of The State University Of Campinas - Unicamp, In The Period From 2012 To 2016, A Period In Which The University Offered A Financial Education Program As A Strategy To Cope With The Server Indebtedness. In View Of The Complexity Of This Theme, The Research Was Carried Out From The Materialist Historical-Dialectical Method And Based Theoretically Under The Light Of Works From The Marxist / Marxian Tradition, Aiming At Collecting And Mentally Reconstructing The Dynamics Of The Real, Beyond Its Phenomenal Appearance, As Lack Of Control Of The Workers On The Money They Receive As Wages.
