- ItemSomente MetadadadosEntre mil acordes dissonantes: múltiplos aspectos da música popular brasileira dos anos sessenta(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2012) Fernandes, Maria Lúcia [UNIFESP]; Paiva, Odair da Cruz [UNIFESP]; http://lattes.cnpq.br/0579359295517355; http://lattes.cnpq.br/1807319803586003; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP)In the last decades, it has been growing interest and awareness about new sources and historical elements related to our culture, specifically in the modern Brazilian popular music, named with the acronym MPB since the 60 years, theme of choice in this work, when bossa-nova introduced a new speech sound, and others kind of music were being inserted in parallel, like rock'n roll, who turned “ie-ie-ie” in Brasil, leading a movement called jovem-guarda, and also those, that in specific context, were born from bossa nova, generating postures of protests and others more intimate. Permeating all of this, counterculture, musical festivals were being disseminated in the environment youngster people and student and peace movements, giving the new behavioral tones that were subtly changing the scale of values of society, transforming its customs, despite all the repression and censorship imposed by the military dictatorship. Thus, our MPB becomes an important research tool, by which we can track dreams, ideals, feelings and experiences of a generation that revolutionized the world singing, while the consumption of the cultural industry was establishing itself. This research aimed to list these aspects, which study and reflection become necessary to make a conscious revival of the evolutionary line of our MPB.
