Therapeutic Consolidation Is Performed With Myeloablative Therapy Followed By Autologous Transplantation And Improves The Outcome. Classically, The Opportunity To Perform The Consolidation Treatment Is Restricted To Cases In Which The Bone Marrow Does Not Show Metastatic Cells, Including Differentiating Neuroblast, At The End Of The Induction. However, The Presence Of Differentiated Neuroblasts In The Bone Marrow Would Be An Impediment To The Collection Of Peripheral Stem Cells In Patients With Neuroblastoma? Purpose: Characterize The Epidemiological Profile And Survival Of Patients With High-Risk Neuroblastoma Who Had Bone Marrow Involvement At Diagnostic, With Emphasis On Patients With Differentiating Neuroblast In The Bone Marrow That Precedes Transplantation. Methods: Retrospective Analysis Of Patients With High-Risk Neuroblastoma Who Had Bone Marrow Involvement At Diagnostic A
