    Obesity Is A Public Health Problem Caused Mainly By Inadequate Dietary Intake. It Is Considered An Inflammatory Disease Because The Adipose Tissue Is Secreting Proinflammatory Cytokines And Inhibits The Body's Anti-Inflammatory And Antioxidant Factors. Intake Of Phytochemicals With Antioxidant And Anti-Inflammatory Effects May Alleviate The Deleterious Effects Of A Diet Rich In Sugars And Fats. Brazil Is One Of The World's Largest Producers And Exporters Of Green Propolis, A Derivative Of Apiculture Used By Traditional Medicine For Its Anti-Inflammatory Effects, Which Are Associated With The High Level Of Flavonoids And Polyphenols Present In The Product. In Our Study, It Was Possible To Verify The Induction Of Obesity Through The Diet Offered, Since There Was A Significantly Higher Value In Weight Variation Throughout The Treatment, Weight At The End Of Treatment, Liver Weight, Retroperitoneal Adipose Tissue Weight And Total Sum Of The Adipose Tissues In The Animals That Received Hyperlipidic And Hypercalori
