Resumo
Desdobramento do Projeto Integrado “Desigualdade social e subjetividade: trajetórias de vida e lutas por melhores condições de vida e saúde em território vulnerável da Baixada Santista”. Estuda as narrativas do banco de dados gerado pelo referido projeto. Objetiva compreender os sentidos e significados das experiências de lideranças comunitárias para o fortalecimento da cidadania. Utiliza a pesquisa documental de cunho qualitativo como método de investigação. Gerencia e sistematiza as informações por meio do software Atlas.ti. Analisa as informações por meio da Hermenêutica de Profundidade de Thompson associada à Epistemologia Qualitativa de González Rey. Constata que na chegada ao território os problemas encontrados eram a falta de infraestrutura básica como os de luz, água e saneamento básico que provocam inúmeras doenças. Verifica as várias melhorias como a redução das violências das organizações do tráfico, a criação do Clube de Mães, do PAMOS e do ISAAC. Detecta que atualmente as lideranças são mobilizadas pelos problemas decorrentes da organização do tráfico de drogas, pela preocupação com o futuro dos adolescentes, com o saneamento básico ainda precário, com a poluição provocada pelas indústrias presentes no território e o crescente problema de saúde mental na comunidade. Observa que as lideranças se dividem no território para ouvir e atender as demandas da comunidade, combatendo as diferentes formas de violência e articulando com as diferentes instituições no sentido de solucionar os problemas que afligem a comunidade. Identifica que as ações participativas mobilizadas pelos afetos têm se mostrado potentes, tendo conseguido realizar inúmeras melhorias desde a chegada ao local. Constata a forte presença da igreja católica nos primórdios da comunidade, de redes de solidariedade entre os moradores e que as lutas pelas melhorias das condições de vida têm feito a comunidade produzir conhecimentos próprios. Conclui que neste território as lideranças comunitárias tem papel transformador, pois frente aos problemas, conflitos e dificuldades, mostram ser núcleos de iniciativas, revelando capacidade de articulação e mobilização em prol do desenvolvimento, fortalecimento e bem-estar comuns.
Deployment of the Integrated Project “Social inequality and subjectivity: life trajectories and struggles for better living conditions and health in a vulnerable territory in the Baixada Santista”. It studies the narratives of the database generated by the referred project. It aims to understand the meanings and meanings of the experiences of community leaders for the strengthening of citizenship. It uses documentary research of a qualitative nature as an investigation method. It manages and systematizes information through Atlas.ti software. It analyzes the information through Thompson's Depth Hermeneutics associated with González Rey's Qualitative Epistemology. It verifies that on arrival in the territory, the problems encountered were the lack of basic infrastructure such as electricity, water and sanitation, which causes numerous diseases. It verifies the various improvements such as the reduction of violence by drug trafficking organizations, the creation of the Mothers' Club, PAMOS and ISAAC. It detects that leaders are currently mobilized by the problems arising from the organization of drug trafficking, by the concern for the future of adolescents, with basic sanitation that is still precarious, with the pollution caused by industries present in the territory and the growing mental health problem in the community. It observes that the leaders are divided in the territory to listen to and meet the demands of the community, fighting the different forms of violence and articulating with the different institutions in order to solve the problems that afflict the community. It identifies that the participatory actions mobilized by affections have shown themselves to be powerful, having managed to make numerous improvements since their arrival at the site. It confirms the strong presence of the Catholic Church in the early days of the community, solidarity networks among residents and that the struggles to improve living conditions have made the community produce its own knowledge. It concludes that in this territory, community leaders have a transforming role, as, in the face of problems, conflicts and difficulties, they show themselves to be nuclei of initiatives, revealing the capacity for articulation and mobilization in favor of common development, strengthening and well-being
