Resumo
O foco central desta pesquisa foi realizar um estudo do atual cenário previdenciário e analisar os impactos e percepções em relação ao assunto. Como objetivos específicos, analisou-se os desafios do atual cenário previdenciário, a perspectiva no que concerne a previdência social e privada, e buscou entender a expectativa frente a temática. Propõe-se, assim, apresentar a visão da população no que se refere a aposentadoria por intermédio da aplicação de uma pesquisa de campo, seguindo o foco da metodologia em realizar uma investigação canalizada na coleta de dados, análise e interpretação dos resultados. Ao fim, as informações consolidadas sob essa ótica, permitiu evidenciar algumas lacunas da previdência social, como o aumento na volumetria de pessoas na informalidade e o acréscimo da expectativa de vida do brasileiro. E contrapondo essa situação, como forma de garantir a seguridade futura e não depender por completo de um cenário volátil, foi possível visualizar um aumento na adesão de planos previdenciários, bem como, uma crescente na pretensão em adquirir planos da previdência privada, principalmente entre o público jovem. O estudo propõe como pesquisa futura uma análise referente ao auxílio-reclusão direcionada a investigar o impacto financeiro para a previdência e o impacto social causado aos beneficiários.
The central focus of this research was to carry out a study of the current social security scenario and analyze the impacts and perceptions in relation to the subject. As specific objectives, the challenges of the current social security scenario were analyzed, the perspective regarding social and private security, and sought to understand the expectation regarding the theme. Therefore, it is proposed to present the population's view regarding retirement through the application of a field survey, following the methodology's focus on carrying out an investigation channeled into data collection, analysis and interpretation of results. In the end, the consolidated information from this perspective, allowed to highlight some gaps in social security, such as the increase in the volume of people in informality and the increase in life expectancy of Brazilians. And in opposition to this situation, as a way of guaranteeing future security and not completely depending on a volatile scenario, it was possible to visualize an increase in the adherence to pension plans, as well as a growing intention to acquire private pension plans, mainly among the young people. The study proposes, as future research, an analysis referring to the aid-inclusion aimed at investigating the financial impact on social security and the social impact caused to the beneficiaries.
