Resumo
A conjugalidade está presente em diferentes fases do ciclo de vida familiar e está relacionada à vivência compartilhada do casal. A espera de um filho traz muitas expectativas, fantasias, medos e exigirá do casal uma nova divisão de tarefas e de cuidado da criança, podendo ser considerado um momento de estresse conjugal. Embora habitualmente o casal se prepare para uma gestação única, por diferentes motivos esta pode ser múltipla e em alguns casos vir acompanhada de um diagnóstico de malformação O objetivo é compreender a trajetória conjugal na gemelaridade com diagnóstico de malformação congênita em um dos filhos. O método utilizado foi o de pesquisa qualitativa, constituindo-se como um Estudo Clínico Qualitativo. Foram entrevistados dois casais com parto há pelo menos três anos de gêmeos com diagnóstico de malformação na gestação. A coleta de dados se deu, a partir do contato telefônico inicial, por meio de 3 entrevistas, com construção do genograma e de escultura familiar, que foram gravadas e o material produzido e fotografado. Os dados foram analisados por meio da análise temática. Dos resultados da análise dos dados, surgiram as seguintes categorias: Construindo a conjugalidade e se preparando para a parentalidade; Vivenciando o impacto da gravidez e da gemelaridade; Vivenciando o diagnóstico de malformação; Vivenciando o luto de um dos filhos; Vivenciando a gestação, o pós parto e fazendo planos para o futuro. Concluiu-se que a notícia da gestação de gêmeos foi bem recebida pelos participantes, embora tenha sido um susto. O diagnóstico de malformação foi impactante, porém proporcionou maior união entre o casal e família e foi vivido com otimismo. A relação pré-gestacional, a trajetória de companheirismo dos casais entrevistados, associados ao apoio psicológico que tiveram durante a gestação, auxiliou positivamente na vivência e adaptação do casal à parentalidade, ao diagnóstico de malformação e à preservação da conjugalidade.
The conjugal is present at different stages of the family life cycle and is related to the shared experience of the couple. Waiting a child brings many expectations, fantasies, fears and will demand the couple a new division of the tasks and child care, that may be considered a moment of marital stress. Although usually the couple gets ready for a single pregnancy, for many reasons this, can be multiple and, in some cases, accompanied by a diagnosis of malformation. The objective of this study was to understand the conjugal history in multiple births with congenital malformation in one of the children. The method used was the qualitative research, establishing itself as a Clinical Trial Qualitative. We interviewed two couples with birth for at least 3 years of twins diagnosed with malformation during pregnancy. Data collection was carried out with an initial telephone contact, through three interviews, with construction of the genogram and family sculpture; this material was recorded and photographed. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis. Out the result of data analysis, the following categories emerged: Building the marital and preparing for parenthood; Experiencing the impact of pregnancy and the fact of being twins; Experiencing the diagnosis of malformation; Experiencing the pregnancy and the postpartum and making plans for the future. Discussion: The news of the pregnancy of twins was well received by participants although the parents got scared. The diagnosis of malformation was impressive, but provided greater unity between the couple and family, and it experienced with optimism. The pre-pregnancy relationship and the companionship trajectory of respondents couples, associated with psychological support they had during pregnancy, helped positively on the experience and adaptation of the couple to parenting, the diagnosis of malformation and the preservation of conjugal .
