The present work discussed the use of technologies in basic education. Our objective was to describe the panorama of the use of technologies in the state network of São Paulo for communication and remote activities in the pandemic. The nature of the study was qualitative, the object of study being the use of technologies in the pandemic in the context of the São Paulo State Network. The main data source of the São Paulo Department of Education (SED-SP) and the SEDUC analysis data were public documents (SEDUC resolutions and guidelines). Data analysis was performed through content analysis, divided into categories and indicators, namely: (i) platform created - Media Center (app, website, YouTube channel and open TV); (ii) digital platforms already (data sharing platform, class resources, class planning and management platforms and alternative means of communication); (iii) technological training of teachers (training via technology); (iv) availability of physical resources (internet, equipment and printed material); and (v) Other initiatives (recovery classes, technology and innovation support project, and frequent submission of documents). It is intended in the disclosed as technological tools available in the State of SP and as initiatives of SEDUC 2020 and 2021, redesigned for teachers in the period of registration of this period and to support teaching in the use of technologies in the emergency remote in historical scenarios of social / physical isolation or in hybrid teaching in basic education. The results indicate that the tools were used, thinking bigger in each context. In the state network, even with a platform definition of a single definition - the CMS of transmission of content classes, of a unique offer and unique availability - the CMS still provides unique access and software offer. This led to a great demand for face-to-face services in schools to seek and general clarifications, requiring other initiatives such as the distribution of printed materials, among others.
