O presente trabalho apresenta uma análise da subjetividade de corpos negros através do estudo das imagens de dois filmes Corra! (2017) e Adivinhe quem vem para Jantar (1967), com objetivo de entender como essa subjetividade é representada e quais ferramentas cinematográficas são utilizadas para isso. A pesquisa se debruça sobre as imagens dos filmes citados, de uma perspectiva sociológica, tomando como principal referencial teórico o livro "Sociologia del cine" de Pierre Sorlin. Do ponto de vista temático, os principais aportes teóricos foram tomados de, entre outros, David Le Breton e George Simmel (para discutir os gestos e os corpos), Leandro Karnal (sobre a história dos Estados Unidos) e Sílvio de Almeida, filósofo que discute o racismo no seu livro “Racismo Estrutural”. Por meio da análise interna da obra, esta monografia discute como se dá a relação entre corpo negro e subjetividade, levando em conta os quadros sociais nos quais tais personagens estão envolvidos.
The present study introduces an analysis of the subjectivity of black bodies by studying the images of two films: "Get Out" (2017) and "Guess Who is Coming to Dinner" (1967), with the goal of understanding how this subjectivity is represented and what cinematic tools are used for this. The study focuses on the images of the mentioned films, from a sociological perspective, taking as its main theoretical reference the book "Sociologia del cine"(1985) by Pierre Sorlin. From a thematic point of view, the main theoretical contributions were taken from, among others, David Le Breton and George Simmel (to discuss gestures and bodies), Leandro Karnal (about the history of the United States) and Silvio de Almeida, philosopher who discusses the racism in your book "Racismo Estrutural"(2019). Through the analysis of the book, this monograph discusses the relationship between the black body and subjectivity, considering the social frameworks in which these characters are involved.
