Regardless of the work activity being carried out at home or in the workplace, employees who work mainly in administrative sectors such as offices, bank branches, universities, perform their sitting activities and spend many hours in front of the computer. As a consequence, they may become more sedentary and prone to the development of chronic or occupational diseases that if not properly treated or prevented can cause temporary or permanent work disability. Many companies are seeking ways to prevent occupational diseases aimed at workers' health. The implementation of work gymnastics in the work environment aims to promote well-being, improve work performance and assist in postural correction, in addition to reducing the number of absences caused by occupational disease. This research aims to develop and implement a web program of work gymnastics for the servers of the Federal University of São Paulo (Unifesp) who during the working period remain long seated. This study is characterized as bibliographical research for the development of the web program of work gymnastics and as action research with the use of the program by the defined target audience. Two questionnaires were applied to the Administrative Technical Servants in Education (TAEs) and Professors of Unifesp - Campus São José dos Campos to (1) identify the most frequent musculoskeletal pains in this population and (2) present their experience regarding the functionalities of the initial version of the program. From the information obtained in the first questionnaire, the first version of the program called BETO (Bem Estar no TrabalhO). In the elaboration of the interface was used the JavaScript and JavaScript language, HTML / CSS for the creation of intuitive screens and easy navigation. The "doll" used in the illustrations of the BETO program was created using the SolidWorks 2019 program. The BETO program presents physical exercises that should be performed in a period of 10 to 15 min and was evaluated by 17 volunteer servers who answered the second questionnaire after the experimental period. Thirteen servers (76%) reported that they would use the program in everyday life. The results obtained by the survey of the requirements for the development of the program, the adequacy and acceptance of the technology by the target audience allowed the improvement of the final version of the program. The BETO work gymnastics program has the potential to be expanded to other Unifesp Campuses, other institutions and companies that have similar work activities with the professional profile of the target audience of this master's survey. The BETO program is a technological innovation that meets a demand of society, since Unifesp did not yet have a program like this.
