software Microsoft Excel (2019) codificado no Visual Basic for Application. O sistema
funcionais, atores do sistema e estrutura do sistema. Com esses resultados foi
possível implementar a ferramenta.
The computer systems used in medical clinics, as in several areas, are intended to provide agility, standardization and reliability of the processes and data involved with the daily demands of these organizations, such as patient control and attendance. Despite the various software on the market, many practices still use manual processes to carry out these activities, due to the high prices and costs related to these systems. Thus, the objective of this work is the creation of a prototype of a low-cost and accessible system for managing the processes involved in the administrative routine in medical care establishments using Microsoft Excel (2019) software encoded Visual Basic for Application. The proposed system was elaborated in six different modules, presenting different functionalities, with the purpose of controlling authenticity and permissions, managing users, patients, agenda and finances. For the development of the tool, we research in the literature for software on the market and related works that could help define the minimum functional requirements and resources, system actors and system structure. With these results it was possible to implement the tool. These modules were built to form a well-structured base that provides the minimum usability requirements in the daily life of these clinics and, so that new modules and functionalities can be added in the future, as needed, to make this tool more personalized according to the demands of each establishment.
