teste.
Ambev has a strong focus on product quality and consumer satisfaction. For this, it makes a great quality control, having a specific quality team for each factory and a corporate team divided into Internal Quality and External Quality, aiming to have greater traceability, control and monitoring of each beverage production process, from the supplyed to the final consumer. The External Quality part is responsible for maintaining the integrity and conformity of the finished product, which enters the logistics process after beverage bottling, through packing, storage and transportation. The processes within the logistics area are closely linked to materials, since the complete protection of each product in storage and transportation depends on the use of appropriate materials. This study aimed to map the process chain of the post-packaging product and identify opportunities for improvements in the processes involving the logistics of the Ambev brewery, presenting proposals both in relation to the processes and the materials that can help to obtain a high efficiency of delivery of bottled beverages. With the research, an action plan was elaborated to map the activities in logistics and formulate proposals for new implementations. Three projects for process improvements have been proposed to improve the packaging of finished products with thermoshrinkable technology, the protection between product layers stacked with a more resistant and waterproof separator sheet, and the protection of packaging against broken down with coating of the truck's metal structures with expanded polyethylene plates. For these projects, suppliers were researched to elaborate the development. The proposal of the separator sheet could be tested and is in the implementation phase and the truck cladding is in the development phase for testing.
