Enunciação e atividade de linguagem: descrição de COM e SEM no português do Brasil e suas implicações para o (re)pensar das práticas de ensino

Abstract

Inscrito no campo da Linguística da Enunciação, este trabalho tem por objetivo analisar o funcionamento enunciativo das preposições COM e SEM no português brasileiro, e, assim, contribuir com estudos voltados à descrição linguística de base enunciativa e ao (re)pensar de práticas de ensino. Para isso, propomo-nos a retraçar, no sistema linguístico, regularidades de funcionamento específicas à atividade de linguagem que, constitutivas do semantismo das formas selecionadas, sustentam valores diversos em discurso. A busca por tais regularidades, em seus desdobramentos, conduz a examinar, em uma perspectiva transcategorial, o elo entre preposição e prefixo idênticos no que se refere a seus semantismos e ao modo como interagem com os termos sobre os quais operam, o que define o outro objetivo do trabalho: explicar o papel que desempenham na construção do sentido dos enunciados aos quais se integram, no caso da preposição, por meio de como age sobre os termos por ela postos em relação, no caso do prefixo, por meio de como age sobre a base e de como a base prefixada mobiliza os elementos do enunciado. A investigação tem como referencial teórico-metodológico a Teoria das Operações Predicativas e Enunciativas, com destaque para os estudos de Paillard (2003), Franckel e Paillard (2007), Donabédian e Mir Samii (2016) e Ashino, Franckel e Paillard (2017) sobre o funcionamento enunciativo preposicional e prefixal.

This research has its origins at the Enunciation Linguistics field and its main goal is to analyze the enunciative function of COM and SEM prepositions in Brazilian Portuguese. Therefore this paper contributes to studies that focus on linguistic description based on enunciative basis through the (re)think process of teaching practices. To do so it has been proposed to retrace, into the linguistic system, functioning regularities specifics to the language activity that sustain different values when used in speech (those regularities constitute the semantics of the selected forms debated on this paper). The search for those regularities conducts the examination (on a transcategorial perspective) of the link between preposition and prefix, which are identical when it comes to their semantics and to the way they interact with the terms in which they operate on. That defines this paper’s other goal: to explain the role that the functioning regularities play on the construction of the enunciates’s meaning to which they are integrated to (in preposition’s case: by the way it acts under the terms relativized by itself; in prefix’s case: by the way it acts under the base and how this prefixed base mobilizes the enunciate’s elements). This investigation has as a theoretical and methodological referential based on the Theory of the Predicatives and Enunciative Operations, focusing on the studies of Paillard (2003) Franckel e Paillard (2007), Donabédian e Mir-Samii (2016) e Ashino, Franckel e Paillard (2017) regarding the prefixal and prepositional enunciative functioning.
