O adolescente e o fenômeno grooming: uma revisão sistemática

Este estudo tem como objeto um tema pouco explorado, o Grooming, conhecido como aliciamento, pela internet, por um adulto que se camufla sob uma identidade com idade aproximada à da vítima adolescente escolhida. Esse fenômeno é recente, começa no universo online e leva para o sofrimento offline. O que justifica este estudo são os reflexos do crime e os impactos que provocam na saúde mental do adolescente e que necessita ser conhecido por profissionais da saúde, da educação, da justiça e da segurança pública. Tem-se por objetivo geral compreender o fenômeno Grooming. Como objetivos específicos: apresentar relatos da literatura sobre de casos sobre vítimas adolescentes de Grooming; entender os depoimentos dos personagens envolvidos no Grooming em adolescentes; identificar estratégia/abordagem dos perpetradores e os aspectos de interação descritas nos estudos; identificar sinais de vulnerabilidade que o predador considera ao escolher a vítima potencial. Método: A revisão sistemática, considerando os aspectos qualitativos, norteado pelo acrônimo PICo, sendo População: Adolescentes entre 10 e 19 anos, Fenômeno de Interesse: Vítimas de Grooming e, Contexto: Saúde. O desenho de estudo envolveu: literatura cinzenta e estudos de caso. A pesquisa englobou o período de 2010 a 2020. A busca foi realizada nas bases de dados: SciELO, BVS, PePSIC, ERIC e PUbMed, CAPES, LILACS, EBSCO, JSTOR, BCS (base de dados do Direito). Resultado: Foram criadas nove categorias temáticas incluindo: caracterização do perpetrador, criminosos excluídos, consequência do Grooming para a saúde, aspectos da vulnerabilidade da vítima, culpa e sigilo da vítima, a persona do criminoso e, pré-condição para o ataque, tempo do abuso, fases do ataque e principais diálogos.
This study aims an underexplored theme, the online Grooming, known as grooming, on the internet, by an adult who is camouflaged under an identity with an age close to that of the chosen adolescent victim. This phenomenon is recent, it starts in the online universe and leads to offline suffering. What justifies this study are the reflections of crime and the impacts it causes on the adolescent's mental health, which needs to be known by health, education, justice, and public safety professionals. The general objective is to understand the Grooming phenomenon. As specific objectives: to present reports from the literature on cases of adolescent victims of Grooming; understand the testimonies of the characters involved in grooming in adolescents; identify the perpetrators' strategy/approach and the interaction aspects described in the studies; identify signs of vulnerability that the predator considers when choosing the potential victim. Method: A systematic review, considering the qualitative aspects, guided by the acronym PICo, being Population: Adolescents between 10 and 19 years old, Phenomenon of Interest: Victims of Grooming and, Context: Health. The study design involved: gray literature and study of case. The research covered the period from 2010 to 2020. The search was carried out in the following databases: SciELO, BVS, PePSIC, ERIC and PUbMed, CAPES, LILACS, EBSCO, JSTOR, BCS (Law database). Result: Nine thematic categories were created including: characterization of the perpetrator, excluded criminals, consequences of grooming for health, aspects of victim vulnerability, victim's guilt and confidentiality, the persona of the criminal and, pre-condition for the attack, time of abuse , attack phases and main dialogues.
