A informalidade no trabalho e seu impacto na felicidade e satisfação do cirurgião-dentista

Abstract

O principal objetivo do presente trabalho é verificar se os vínculos trabalhistas dos cirurgiões dentistas interferem no bem-estar e na felicidade desses profissionais no trabalho e se a informalidade afeta de forma diferente as emoções desses trabalhadores dependendo do gênero. Para isso, foram aplicados 167 questionários de forma on-line por meio de grupos de cirurgiões-dentistas nas redes sociais. Foram utilizadas as Análise Fatorial Exploratória, Análise Regressiva, Teste t e ANOVA. As análises mostraram que uma maior felicidade e satisfação no trabalho reduz as emoções e os sentimentos negativos e aumenta as emoções e os sentimentos positivos. Também foi possível notar que a felicidade e satisfação no trabalho é maior nos respondentes que tem filhos. O vínculo trabalhista e o tipo de renda não se mostraram relevantes na felicidade e satisfação do trabalho para essa amostra.

The main objective of the present work is to verify if the employment relationship of dentist interfere in the well-being and happiness of these professionals at work and if informality affects the emotions of these workers differently depending on gender. For this, 167 questionnaires were applied online through groups of dentists on social networks. Exploratory Factor Analysis, Regressive Analysis, t-test and ANOVA were used. Analyzes have shown that greater happiness and job satisfaction reduces negative emotions and feelings and increases positive emotions and feelings. It was also possible to notice that happiness and job satisfaction are higher in respondents who have children. The employment relationship and the type of income were not relevant in terms of happiness and job satisfaction for this sample.
