Trabalho social com famílias de adolescentes em conflito com a lei: uma abordagem Hellingeriana

Abstract

A realidade dos adolescentes brasileiros, incluindo aqueles no contexto socioeducativo, exige atenção da sociedade e dos profissionais que o acompanham nos diversos setores do Sistema de Garantia de Direitos, evidenciando a necessidade de uma agenda de urgências no sentido de concretizar políticas públicas e, sobretudo, ampliar desafios para a efetiva implementação da política de atendimento socioeducativo às famílias. Dentro do Serviço de Proteção e Atendimento Integral à Família, desenvolvido no Centro de Referência da Assistência Social, o desafio dos profissionais é acompanhar e fortalecer os vínculos familiares, apoiar o adolescente na busca de uma transformação de sua história, para que ele se sinta protegido no ambiente familiar quando ocorre o término de sua medida socioeducativa de internação. A pesquisa teve como objetivo analisar o processo grupal de acompanhamento das famílias de adolescentes em conflito com a lei a partir do trabalho socioeducativo com a utilização de uma prática grupal, utilizando temas relacionados ao referencial teórico da pesquisa que é a abordagem hellingeriana. Os grupos foram realizados no território de abrangência do Centro de Referência da Assistência Social Oasis no município de Itanhaém, estado de São Paulo, cuja execução direta foi através do Serviço de Proteção e Atendimento Integral à Família, com a proposta de acolhimento, acompanhamento e apoio aos familiares de adolescentes em medida socioeducativa de internação. Participaram do estudo seis mães de adolescentes internos na Fundação Casa, por meio de cinco encontros (interrompidos pela Pandemia Mundial do Coronavírus), com início em fevereiro, suspenso por quatro meses, retomados em agosto e finalizados em setembro de 2020. Como resultado, observa-se que as famílias tiveram adesão aos grupos, demonstrando interesse nos temas propostos, os quais permitiram identificar padrões de repetições de histórias familiares como dependência química, violências e exclusões de membros do sistema familiar. Assim entende-se que o conhecimento dos princípios básicos da vida, podem contribuir para o desenvolvimento dos grupos com famílias de adolescentes em conflito com a lei, e a metodologia utilizada pode servir como apoio ao processo de trabalho do profissional do Sistema Único de Assistência Social, na execução do trabalho social com famílias na Proteção Social Básica.

The reality of Brazilian adolescents, including those in the socio-educational context, demands attention from society and professionals who accompany them in the various sectors of the Rights Guarantee System, highlighting the need for an urgent agenda in order to implement public policies and, above all, expand challenges for the effective implementation of the socioeducational policy for families. Within the Service of Protection and Integral Assistance to the Family, developed at the Reference Center for Social Assistance, the challenge for professionals is to monitor and strengthen family ties, to support the search for a transformation of the adolescent’s history, so that they feel protected in the family environment when his/her socioeducational measure of socio-educational internment has ended. The research aimed to analyze the group process of monitoring families of adolescents in conflict with the law from the socioeducational work with the use of a group practice with the aim of continuing education, using themes related to the theoretical framework of the research, which is the hellingerian approach. The groups were carried out in the territory covered by Reference Center for Social Assistance Oasis in the municipality of Itanhaém, state of São Paulo, whose direct execution was through Protection and Integral Assistance to the Family, with the proposal of welcoming, monitoring and supporting the families of adolescents in a socio-educational measure. Six mothers of teenager’s inmates at Fundação Casa participated in the study, through five meetings (interrupted by the World Coronavirus Pandemic), which began in February, suspended for four months, resumed in August and ended in September 2020. It is verified that the families adhered to the groups, showing interest in the proposed themes, which allowed the identification of patterns of repetition of family stories such as chemical dependency, violence, betrayals and exclusion of members of the family system. Thus, it is understood that knowledge of the basic principles of life, can contributed to the development of groups with families of adolescents in conflict with the law, and the methodology used can served as guidance and support for the Single Social Assistance System professional's work process, in the execution of social work with families in the Basic Social Protection.
