Objective: The General Objective Of The Present Study Is To Study The Relationship Between The Plasma Kallikrein-Kinin System And Tumor Progression, Associating The Presence Of Proteoglycans To The Process. Methods: To Identify The Enzymatic Activity Of Cho-745 Cells On Extracellular Hka (On The Surface Of Cultured Cells By Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis In The Presence Of Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate And Immunodetection, To Study The Process Of Cell Death, Apoptosis And Necrosis Caused By H-Cinnogen And Hka On Cho-745 Cells In Culture By Assays Using Trypan Blue Dye And Annexin V Reagents, 7aad Respectively; (Wild-Type, Pgs) And Cho-745 (Mutant For Pg Production) In The Treatment With H-Kininogen, Hka And In The Presence Of The Peptides Hkh20 And Bk In The Absence Or Presence Of Kinase Inhibitors Captopril And Thiorphan; Characterize The Possible Signaling Pathways Involved In The Interaction Of H-Cininogen And Hka In Both Lineages Through The Flow Cytometry Technique. Objetivo: O Objetivo Geral Do Presente Trabalho É Estudar A Relação Entre O Sistema Calicreína-Cinina Plasmático E A Progressão Tumoral Associando Ao Processo A Presença De Proteoglicanos. Métodos: Identificar A Atividade Enzimática Das Células Cho-745 Sobre O Hka De Forma Extracelular (Na Superfície De Células Em Cultura Através De Eletroforese Em Gel De Poliacrilamida Na Presença De Dodecil Sulfato De Sódio E Imunodetecção; Estudar O Processo De Morte Celular, Apoptose E Necrose Causado Por H-Cininogênio E Hka Nas Células Cho-745 Em Cultura Através De Ensaios Utilizando O Corante Trypan Blue E Os Reagentes Anexina V, 7aad Respectivamente; Avaliar O Processo De Migração Celular Nas Diferentes Linhagens Cho-K1 (Selvagem, Apresentam Pgs) E Cho-745 (Mutante Para Produção De Pgs) Em Cultura No Tratamento Com H-Cininogênio, Hka E Na Presença Dos Peptídeos Hkh20 E Bk Este Na Ausência Ou Presença Dos Inibidores De Cininases Captopril E Thiorphan; Caracterizar As Possíveis Vias De Sinalização Envolvidas Na Interação
