Aqui Não Se Recupera Ninguém: Estratégias De Trabalho Do Agente De Apoio Socioeducativo Na Precariedade De Recursos Na Fundação Casa

Abstract

This Study Intends To Investigate The Daily Work Of The Socio-Educational Support Agents Of The Centers Of Hospitalization Of Adolescents Who Commit An Infraction, In Order To Identify How Much The Feelings Can Control The Reason And The Action To Control The Reflection, Taking The People To Commit Acts Never Thought, Without Taking Into Account The Consequences, A Hypothesis Similar To That Of The Zimbardo Study (2015). We Used A "Snowball" Method To Make Contact With The Interviewees. Sixteen Interviews Were Conducted, With A Structured Script, With Agents From The Adolescents' Internment Centers In The State Of São Paulo. The First Chapter Of This Thesis Is The History Of The Institutions Of Hospitalization Of Adolescents, With The Purpose Of Contextualizing The Interviews Conducted, And Pointing Out The Historical Origin Of The Form Of Care Directed At Adolescents In Conflict With The Law. Este Estudo Se Propõe A Investigar O Cotidiano De Trabalho Dos/As Agentes De Apoio Socioeducativo Dos Centros De Internação De Adolescentes Que Cometem Ato Infracional E Com Isso Identificar O Quanto Os Sentimentos Podem Controlar A Razão E A Ação Controlar A Reflexão, Levando As Pessoas A Cometerem Atos Jamais Pensados, E Neste Trabalho Nos Referimos Em Especial Aos Agentes De Apoio Socioeducativo Da Fundação Casa (Centro De Atendimento Socioeducativo Ao Adolescente) Sem Levar Em Consideração As Consequências, Hipótese Semelhante À Do Estudo De Zimbardo (2015). Utilizamos O Método "Bola De Neve" Para Fazer Contato Com Os Entrevistados, Foram Realizadas Seis Entrevistas Com Roteiro Estruturado, Com Agentes Dos Centros De Internação De Adolescentes Do Estado De São Paulo.
