This article reports partial results of a research called Cartografias Femininas and exposes strategies used in the care of women that live in a high-vulnerability region of the city of Santos, SP. Work scenes and excerpts of research diaries address the concept of accessibility in its multiple facets from the various categories associated with the architectural barriers, physical and geographical, communicative, methodological and instrumental, and attitudinal. Also explores the concept of aesthetic experience, stating its importance in the care process of women marked by this territory and its problems. Articulating different actors: teachers, students and women, presents the Metodo da Colheita (Harvest Method), technology that facilitates access to physical and aesthetic practices and a space of art and culture, so that the aesthetic experience can take place. Through statements made to the participants bet on the possibility of putting people in motion, triggering processes of creation, engendering new existential territories and reinventing lives. These are main targets of the occupational therapy pratices.
