This Test Shows Excellent Correlation With The Gold Standard Assessment Of Exercise Capacity, Besides Being Affordable And Most Representative Of The Activities Of Daily Living. Few Studies Used Iswt To Evaluate The Functional Capacity Of Children And Adolescents And There Is Currently No Reference Value For This Population Using The Original Test Protocol. Objective: Develop A Reference Equation For Iswt Based On Demographic And Anthropometric Variables For Healthy Children And Adolescents. Methodology: A Survey Composed Of 161 Individuals Aged 6 To 18 Years (96 Female). The Volunteers Underwent Two Iswt To Determine The Variables That Influence The Walked Distance. The Longest Walked Distance In Both Tests Was Analyzed. Results: The Data From 109 Subjects (59 Girls) Were Analyzed To Develop The Reference Equation.
