    Análise econômico financeiro dos impactos do Covid 19 no desempenho das empresas

    A pandemia da Covid-19 causada pelo vírus SARS-CoV-2 foi crucial para o surgimento da nova crise mundial nos anos 2020-2021. Essa pandemia impactou fortemente organizações de diferentes setores e múltiplas cadeias de suprimentos, exigindo inovações rápidas em produtos e processos. A avaliação do desempenho das organizações empresariais pode ser feita através de alguns indicadores econômico-financeiros, os quais são essenciais para uma gestão de qualidade e à tomada de decisões. O objetivo geral desse estudo foi analisar através de indicadores econômico-financeiros os impactos ocasionados pela pandemia da Covid-19 nas empresas Magazine Luiza, Lojas Americanas e Via Varejo. Para atingir esse objetivo foi realizada um estudo de múltiplos casos. Esse estudo é justificado devido à necessidade de uma maior discussão sobre as mudanças que a pandemia trouxe para as organizações e como a inovação em relação aos processos e estruturas adotadas pode ser utilizada como ferramenta estratégica para atenuar os prejuízos organizacionais durante a pandemia do Covid-19. Os resultados obtidos permitiram identificar que a pandemia levou o consumidor a adquirir novos hábitos em suas compras, como as compras on-line que passaram a fazer parte do cotidiano do consumidor e as empresas que se adequaram a esse novo cenário se destacaram. Com esse estudo foi concluído que dentre as três empresas estudadas, a Magazine Luiza é a empresa que melhor contornou a crise econômica causada pelo novo coronavírus, apresentando melhores índices e conseguiram de forma estratégica melhorar na medida do possível sua atividade econômica.

    Como desenvolver um aplicativo médico?

    Introduction: The use of medical applications (software) on mobile devices plays an important role in supporting health services, allowing greater flexibility from the data collection process to aid in medical decision making. Objective: to create a manual with all the necessary steps to develop and validate a medical application/software in e-book format. Methodology: Twelve sequential steps were suggested for the proper development of a medical application, avoiding errors or unnecessary expenses. Results: the first step consists of creating a project and submitting it to the Research Ethics Committee (with or without the involvement of humans/living beings). In the second stage, the most suitable methodology for the project is defined. The definition of the company, which will develop the medical application and specifications such as design and system analysis, takes place in the third stage. In the next step, the App developer type is defined (native x multiplatform). In the fifth step, points relevant to the creation of an administrative site are specified (optional item, but strongly recommended). After these initial steps, together with the specialized team, the program language that is most adequate to the idea of the App must be defined. The seventh step consists of creating a logo / brand compatible with the program and its functions so that it reaches and is remembered by your target audience. The eighth and ninth stages are more focused on confidentiality and security of data collection and storage (cloud and General Data Protection Regulation). In the tenth stage, the App is made available on the download platforms for the initial tests of correction of errors and adjustments. For the development of the penultimate stage (registration with the National Institute Of Insdustrial Property), a hash digital summary is required, after the initial publication on the download platforms. In the twelfth stage, the last stage, the usability tests in the application are carried out (validation). Discussion: this research differs from most studies related to this topic, as it presents, in a pragmatic way, from the planning and development of the App to guidelines for using questionnaires to assess the usability of software in ix medical practice by the user. Conclusion: through the manual, the development of an App, by doctors, is standardized in fundamental steps, avoiding errors and allowing easy handling by users.

    Disciplina Optativa Telessaúde da Universidade Federal do Tocantins como prática educativa inovadora

    This research analyzed the conceptions, expectations and experiences of the teachers, students and medical residents, forefront of the pedagogical proposal of the optional discipline Telehealth from the Medicine´s course of the Federal University of Tocantins, like an innovative strategy of training human resources in health. To reach the proposed objectives was used a methodology qualitative and quantitative through exploratory and descriptive study, using document analysis, case study and an attitudinal perception instrument like Likert, that was applied to teachers, preceptors and students of health courses (medicine, nursing and nutrition), journalism and computer science at the Federal University of Tocantins who attended the optional discipline Telehealth in the period 2011 to 2014. 30 instruments were distributed, with 28 statements each, randomized for five dimensions: the optional discipline telehealth as a stimulator of curriculum innovation program; the optional discipline telehealth as health management tool qualifying (care networks); the optional discipline telehealth as contributory tool in the medical setting in Tocantins; the optional discipline telehealth as contributory tool in the strengthening of Continuing Health Education; the optional discipline telehealth as a stimulus tool inter professionalism. No proposition had been lost in the validation process on dispersed, showing a great validation of content. The reliability was tested by the Spearman – Brown´s formula using the test-retest method with R = 0,97, by the test homogeneity with p-value 0,032 and ANOVA with p-value 0,059, which sets great statistical density for the founded results. All dimensions were in the comfort zone. The data analysis allows the support that innovative aspects have been found in the construction and development from said subject such as: assertiveness in the choice of contents, proper use of teaching and learning active methodologies well as the TIC´s. Some difficulties have been identified as insufficient number of teachers, low participation of preceptors pointing to the need to improve the teaching-service integration and lastly any difficulties in connectivity. This study provides subsidies for advances in the discipline in the light of the principles of pedagogical innovation, meaningful learning and inter professionalism.

    A Química é um setor e área profissional que constitui “campo aberto” para receber investimentos para novos negócio e inovações. A indústria Química e os serviços a ela associados, desempenha papel estratégico para a soberania da nação brasileira. Por meio de uma educação empreendedora dentro da própria universidade e até mesmo em outros ambientes, podemos traçar o perfil e caracterizar quais as pessoas terão melhor chances de sucesso ao abrir um novo empreendimento. Dentro desse trabalho, trouxeram-se dados quantitativos e qualitativos nas diversas áreas da Química (química e petroquímica, papel e celulose, domissanitários etc.) para investigarmos como está a situação do mercado atual para o Jovem Químico. As inovações e empreendedorismo, ou seja, a disposição para identificar problemas e oportunidades e investir recursos e competências na criação de um novo negócio, projeto ou movimento que seja capaz de alavancar mudanças e gerar um impacto positivo, dependem de diversos fatores ou aspectos socioeconômicos, políticos, nacionais e regionais. A partir do levantamento apurado em bases sólidas e confiáveis de dados e indicadores, espera-se, elucidar e estabelecer relações entre o empreendedorismo em Química, suas potencialidades, facilidades e obstáculos, além de uma descrição de casos nas diversas áreas e setores da Química brasileira.

    Fuga de cérebros: êxodo de capital intelectual especializado no Brasil na última década e os impactos para o desenvolvimento nacional

    O processo de desenvolvimento e a superação do subdesenvolvimento sempre foram assuntos amplamente discutidos, principalmente em economias que compõem este segundo grupo, por vezes os embates entre ortodoxos e heterodoxos circundavam o papel do Estado e dos capitalistas na gestão política e na economia de uma nação, com enfoque sempre voltado a algo material, como produtos ou mesmo na ação, como quando falamos de serviços. Apesar de alguns expoentes como Celso Furtado já abordarem a importância da industrialização para a evolução de uma nação na acirrada competição internacional e do papel da evolução tecnológica como mecanismo motriz deste movimento, não há extensos estudos sobre o aproveitamento e aplicabilidade do conhecimento gerado por grupos altamente capacitados em nossa estrutura de ensino, podemos dizer que apesar de sabermos a importância do conhecimento para a evolução como nação e sociedade, não sabemos efetivamente como aproveitamos estes recursos, se é que aproveitamos. Portanto este estudo tenta trazer uma luz sobre as razões e impactos da perda de capital intelectual, potencial de inovação e mão-de-obra qualificada que ocorre no Brasil na última década e suas possíveis consequências.

    Gordura obtida de procedimentos em cirurgia plástica, células-tronco derivadas do tecido adiposo e seu potencial em inovação tecnológica: revisão narrativa de literatura

    introduction: in clinical practice, stem cells derived from adipose tissue (ADSC) are generally not administered isolated, but as a constituent of the stromal vascular fraction (SVF). Although plastic surgery has a bright history of innovation, the recent search for new therapies and methods in this specialty and more recently in regenerative medicine has heated up the market for a continuous search for innovations and technologies for the use of these cells of the SVF in an ethical, efficient way and easy to reproduce. Objective: to carry out a narrative review of the literature on plastic surgery procedures that use fat as a product, which involve obtaining ADSC and its potential for technological innovation in this processing. Method: a narrative literature review was carried out using the works published from January 1993 to August 2020, in English, Portuguese and Spanish, in the MEDLINE/PubMed databases. After the selection, exploratory reading, selective reading, material selection, text analysis, interpretive reading and writing were performed. Results: Of the 33 articles selected for the review, it was found that 23 articles used the enzymatic dissociation method to isolate stem cells derived from adipose tissue (ADSC), 25 articles reported that the plastic surgery procedure used was liposuction and 23 articles reported innovation technology using 3D models. Conclusions: The most used method for the isolation of ADSC was enzymatic dissociation, liposuction the most practiced procedure in plastic surgery and 3D models the most found innovation technology.

    Influência de parque tecnológico na cultura da inovação: uma análise com empresas de base tecnológica de São José dos Campos

    Innovation is a key business aspect for business sustainability. In this sense, developing an organizational culture for innovation can be a strategy for companies seeking to provide and encourage the development of innovation and thus create competitive advantage. With the purpose of evolving this synergy for innovation development, many companies, institutes and research centers are located on technological parks. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the culture of innovation in companies that work on technological parks and outside of them, in a way to highlight the influence of this ecosystem in the maturity levels of culture innovation. It was raised from a systematic review, eight components that integrate innovation culture, as well as an instrument with Likert scale – degree of agreement – that could be used in data collection. The questionnaire was adapted to the Brazilian population, validated by specialists and it was applied in a technology-based firm (TBF) to check the reliability. Then it was applied into two businesses groups in the city of São José dos Campos, São Paulo. A total of 139 answered questionnaires were collected, 57 of which were collaborators and managers of TBF from within the park and 82 from outside the ecosystem. Based on the results of the research, from the respondent’s perception of the practices of innovation culture, it was possible to conclude that the ecosystem of technological park can positively influence in the innovation culture of companies residents in the components Strategy, Orientation to the organization, Communication and collaboration, Leadership, Behavior of the organization, Support mechanisms. However, the eighth component, Creativity in problem solving, presented results below compared to the group outside the ecosystem. In general, what can be concluded is that the context in which the company is inserted, which in this case is the technological park of São José dos Campos, can benefit the organizational culture of innovation due to its proximity to other companies, opportunities of contact and information exchange and because of the support services and development activities that technological parks usually promote. In addition to the results, the research helps to highlight the main aspects in which technology-based firms can work on in order to increase their capacity of innovation, transforming this capacity into performance by fostering organizational culture.

    Inovação e gestão frente a pandemia de COVID-19

    No ano de 2020 ocorreu o início da pandemia de COVID-19 em âmbito mundial, ao primeiro momento esperava-se que fosse um curto período de atenção e isolamento, mas com elevação das taxas de transmissão e superlotação da rede de saúde alastrou-se por mais de dois anos. Fatos que alterou toda a dinâmica social e econômica, uma vez que é impossível estagnar o país por tanto tempo. Isso exigiu medidas inovadoras e uma ótima gerencia dos meios de produção e serviços para se superar e se perpetuar durante esta fase. Neste meio, diversos estudos objetivaram identificar e, de certa forma, prever os resultados destas ações adotas no mercado. De forma semelhante este trabalho teve o intuito de observar as medidas tomadas pelas organizações por meio da revisão de literatura e diferentes matérias abordando o cenário em questão, e analisar suas consequências e oportunidades de mercado por meio de publicações de resultados direcionadas ao acionista com foco em três setores diferentes, e-commerce, celulósico, químico e petroquímico. Podendo constatar um diferencial do setor vendas online, visto seu pré-planejamento na digitalização do seu ramo que também foi acompanhado de uma fácil adequação social por conta do lockdown implementado. Destaca-se, também, uma ótima oportunidade de mercado pela alta demanda de papeis e celulose bem aproveitada pelo setor. E por fim, empresa químicas e petroquímicas, em decorrência da variação cambial, dispuseram de uma chance de aumento de margem pela precificação externa e redução de lucros pelo crescimento da dívida externa, respectivamente. Conclui-se que o período foi desafiador, mas a boa gestão, inovação e atenção ao mercado permitiu que finalizassem o ano de 2020 positivamente, com todo uma maneira de consumo, utilização da informatização e teletrabalho renovados e implementados como um conceito comum entre as organizações.

    Open Finance: uma análise a partir do uso e aceitação do usuário pelo modelo UTAUT

    A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo trazer um levantamento sobre o conceito de Open Finance, que é uma nova tecnologia implementada no Brasil e em outros países com o propósito de inovar o mercado financeiro, por meio do compartilhamento de dados do usuário do sistema bancário de forma fácil e segura, a fim de personalizar os serviços e produtos financeiros. Além disso, a pesquisa busca fazer uma análise, através do modelo UTAUT (Unified theory of acceptance and use of technology), sobre a aceitação do usuário do sistema bancário brasileiro a respeito dessa nova tecnologia. Foi utilizado um questionário para entender o que pode influenciar o usuário a aumentar a intenção de uso do Open Finance. A partir desse levantamento, foi utilizada uma técnica estatística chamada regressão múltipla, a fim de analisar e interpretar os resultados. Foram realizadas três regressões, as quais tiveram o propósito de compreender se há alguma relação entre a intenção do usuário usar o Open Finance, com fatores externos, como expectativa de esforço, expectativa de desempenho, influência social, idade, gênero, experiência e voluntariedade de uso. Conclui-se, pelos resultados das análises estatísticas, que há variáveis que influenciam positivamente no aumento da aceitação e uso do Open Finance, sendo elas a expectativa de desempenho, a influência social e a experiência.

    Padrões da inovação por classificação setorial de intensidade tecnológica no Brasil: uma análise para a PINTEC de 1998 a 2017

    Com base nos dados da Pesquisa Industrial de Inovação Tecnológica (PINTEC) de 2000 a 2017 disponibilizadas pelo IBGE, a presente dissertação tem como objetivo descrever o comportamento da inovação nos diferentes setores da Indústria de Transformação brasileira a partir da intensidade tecnológica. Para isso, adota-se a Classificação da OCDE de Intensidade Tecnológica que categoriza os setores como Alta, Média-Alta, Média-Baixa e Baixa Intensidade para os setores da CNAE dois dígitos. Primeiramente, foi analisado o padrão da evolução das taxas de inovação de produto, processo ou ambos, o grau de novidade (para a empresa ou mercado nacional), qual percentual é investido em atividades internas contínuas de P&D e qual a origem do esforço por inovar (própria empresa, outras empresas do grupo, empresa em cooperação ou outras instituições). Em seguida, foi realizada uma análise de cluster para estas variáveis gerando quatro agrupamentos usando estas mesmas variáveis visando verificar se os setores econômicos se mantêm enquadrados em níveis próximos à média da sua classificação de Intensidade Tecnológica ao longo dos anos e seu comportamento. Os resultados apontam que a classificação da OCDE é aderente à intensidade tecnológica e inovativa dos setores, mas também que ela pode ser aprimorada com revisões periódicas.

    Em 2020 a pandemia do coronavírus chegou na América Latina e trouxe consigo uma crise sanitária que mudou a sociedade e uma crise econômica que transformou o mercado. Com o isolamento social impedindo que os consumidores andem pelas ruas, os varejistas físicos, especialmente donos de pequenas e médias empresas, viram seus negócios em perigo e tiveram que apostar pelo varejo digital, uma decisão bastante arriscada a se tomar no meio de uma crise econômica mundial. Esta pesquisa bibliográfica pretende mostrar as iniciativas tomadas pelas empresas varejistas latino-americanas que conseguiram sobreviver à crise, e inclusive conseguiram aumentar seus ganhos durante esse período, criando formas de ajudar os micros e pequenos empreendedores, os quais fazem a economia da nossa sociedade girar. Grandes empresas adquiriram fintechs e startups, e investiram em inovação tecnológica ao apostar pela integração entre a operação de lojas físicas e digitais, pelas plataformas de e-commerce e pela indústria de pagamentos; e na inovação cultural, ao pensar na experiencia do consumidor, nas suas preocupações e necessidades, ao colocar o cliente em primeiro lugar, se reinventando e transformando o pensamento corporativo e o dos seus colaboradores.

    Plasticonsent - Termo De Consentimento Informado Simplificado Online Em Cirurgia Plástica

    INTRODUCTION: The number of process against medical doctors in Brazil has increased, especially in plastic surgery. This increasing is attributed to a degeneration in the medical-patient relationship, considering the importance of the documentation focused in the informs and an informed consent that is clear and complete in order to avoid the information negligence. OBJECTIVE: develop a website that generate an informed consent, fast, practical and with individuality for each patient. METHOD: the five most common surgeries in Brazil were chosen, based on ISAPS (International Society of Aesthtic Plastic Surgery) data that are Lipoaspiration, Breast Augmentation, Blepharoplasty, Abdominoplasty and Rhinoplasty. The informed consents from wellknown plastic surgery departaments as well as the Brazilian, American and European Societies were reviewed. In Brazil, three plastic surgeons from each region (North, Northeast, Centerwest, South, Southeast) in a total of 15 with more than 10 years in practice had their terms studied in order to cover the country diversity and international tendency. RESULTS: An online platform was built with contente to generate informed consents in plastic surgery with many options for customization, increasing the informative power to the patient and conceding higher juridic support. CONCLUSION: The website Plasticonsent presentes as practical tool to create customized informed consent in plastic surgery.

    Este artigo examina a posição atual da China na disputa geopolítica em torno dos sistemas de comunicação sem fio de quinta geração (5G) e a diplomacia chinesa empregada para disseminação desta tecnologia enquanto um vetor de liderança tecnológica em nível internacional. A partir da análise dos fenômenos históricos e da trajetória percorrida pelo Estado chinês ao longo de seu processo de desenvolvimento, objetiva-se demonstrar que os investimentos em Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação (C,T&I), bem como a emergência de empresas nacionais como a Huawei Technologies no cenário mundial de tecnologia figuram como expressões de uma ampla estratégia nacional para orientar a economia chinesa à inovação e consolidar o país enquanto potência tecnológica.

    Potencialidade e desafios dos contratos inteligentes no Brasil: uma perspectiva da inovação no setor jurídico

    Innovation affects all sectors of the economy including the legal sector. The number of technologybased emerging companies in the legal sector has been increasing each year with various technological solutions in the public and private sectors. Among the theories on best innovation management practices, the search for signs and information in the market that there is potential innovation is a preponderant factor to identify possible innovative activity in the sector. After searching for information, it will be up to the manager to select which ones to react to and how to react, so that eventually a certain product or service will be implemented, and the value will be captured. Currently, the legal sector has focused on studies about smart contracts based on blockchain technology. In this sense, applying the theory of innovation management to investigate this phenomenon is essential to identify the potential and challenges of technology in Brazil, especially by the legal sector, whether by the public sector or by the private sector. The purpose of this research is to investigate the potentials and challenges of smart contracts based on blockchain technology by legal professionals. Methodologically, it was decided to collect information about smart contracts based on blockchain technology through exploratory research; techniques of the systematic literature review were used to identify the main channels of publication on the topic. Subsequently, a phenomenological qualitative approach was carried out with field research, collecting empirical data, through interviews with market professionals specialized in the subject. Data was collected through interviews conducted by Zoom and Microsoft Teams and analyzed using the content analysis method, with the aid of the Atlas TI Cloud software. It is concluded that smart contracts based on blockchain technology, have high potential in the legal sector, and can be considered as an innovation in the way legal professionals can provide their services, per hour, in a specific niche such as cryptoeconomics. Concerning the challenges, it was found essentially the need for interdisciplinarity in the studies of all professionals who interact in this market, such as economists, developers, and lawyers; dissemination of knowledge in the academic and professional fields; and the adoption of crypto assets by the market. It is therefore evident that there is a need for interdisciplinary dialogue to create legal solutions using smart contracts; this is what the present study proposes. In addition to the results, the research contributes to highlighting the main aspects of smart contracts in Brazil with a focus on the legal sector, without losing, however, the interdisciplinarity that the theme requires, serving as a basis for studies for those who intend to understand technology, at the point theoretical and practical point of view. From the point of view of the traditional innovation management literature, the present research started in the search for information, and through the methodology used, it selected the main information, so that it serves as a basis for the implementation of solutions and value capture, of new services and products.

    SUSTAINABLE INNOVATION BASED ON THE FIVE STAGES MODEL: A MULTIPLE CASE STUDY

    The main objective of this study was to evaluate the relationship between innovation and sustainability based on the five stages model by Nidumolu, Prahalad and Rangaswami (2009). As a method for collecting data, we adopted a multiple case study, with semi-structured interviews, documentary research and technical visits in loco. The results showed that the four industries is or went through the five phases and develop or developed incremental innovations aligned with sustainable actions, based on the compliance of legislation or on the personal motivation of the managers, without any systemic institutional governmental direction for the building of business models based on sustainable innovation.

    Towards implementing a global competency-based nursing and clinical informatics curriculum: applying the tiger initiative

    This workshop will review the history of the TIGER initiative in order to set the framework for an understanding of international informatics competencies. We will include a description of clinical nursing informatics programs in 37 countries as well as the results of a recent survey of nursing competencies in order to further discussions of internationally agreed-upon competency definitions. These two surveys will provide the basis for developing a consensus regarding the integration of core competencies into informatics curriculum developments. Expected outcomes include building consensus on core competencies and developing plans toward implementing intra-and inter-professional informatics competencies across disciplines globally.

    Com o espaço disponível no mercado moderno para competitividade entre empresas, a execução de projetos e o período necessário para elaborar produtos inovadores tornou-se um diferencial entre instituições, sendo necessário buscar diferentes técnicas para executar suas funções e atingir os objetivos desejados. Inicialmente desenvolvida para estruturação de softwares (programas) e posteriormente com sucesso na aplicação de processos como um todo, a Metodologia Ágil ganhou destaque por trazer mais resultados e inovações em um menor período para empresas em diferentes setores globalmente. A técnica resume-se ao foco em entregas rápidas e com melhorias a partir da cultura de feedbacks (retorno/ sugestões) envolvendo diferentes times da companhia, cooperação e transparência entre colaboradores, assim como a participação de clientes para validação de testes praticados. Os projetos ágeis podem ser desenvolvidos de diferentes formas e a partir de diferentes abordagens e frameworks (conjunto de técnicas, ferramentas ou conceitos), mas sem fugir de seus pilares principais. A partir desse trabalho, analisando-se e comparando-se casos reais de aplicações reais do Ágil em diferentes organizações, averigua-se que o método pode ser instaurado em ambientes de diversos segmentos e portes, desde que seja adaptado da maneira correta, e que, além dos aprendizados e cuidados inerentes a sua prática, agrega resultados positivos e maior eficiência aos processo de seus usuários.
