The "feminine" and "masculine" are in different places in society, but they are equally important to the social structure. Nowadays, it became fundamentally important to understand how differences elaborated from the body determine different social and power relations among its members. The intense social and sexual revolutions of recent decades have allowed the creation of more equitable policies for women and men, black and white, homosexual and heterosexual as well a review of the historical trajectory of subjects placed on the banks by the studies. From the new literature, which emerged from political demonstrations, more freedom was granted to the oppressed by male "rationality". This research proposes to observe the women presence in the Attic society to rescue their historical and sexual experiences and provide a critique against the old assumptions about their social inactivity.

The purpose of the exercise was to emphasize the need for an interaction(dialogue)between knowledge, health care practice and feminism. I also discuss some aspects of the interaction(dialogue) between epistemology and feminism in the light of the work of Bachelard as opposed to the views of Dorothy Smith, Alison Jaggar, Susan Bordo, Gayle Rubin and Teresita de Barbieri. Lastly, I attempt a synthesis of what I consider to be the major epistemological ruptures promoted by feminism concerning mainly language and work.

More particularly, it presents and discusses its social and political ideas spread in the first decades of the last century of 1910, 1920 and 1930, a period of active militancy in associations, workers 'and antifascists' journals. Although Isabel Cerruti lived until the 1970s, the option for a narrower chronological cut sought to apprehend the militant's relationship with the organized universe of newspapers, political groups linked to the working class and their manifestations, such as strikes, campaigns, and their sociability politics in general between the period of beginning of militancy (decade 1910) and the phase of adherence to Italian antifascism in São Paulo (1920s and 1930s), through the intense strike period of 1917-19. In addition to specialized bibliography, the study is based on research in primary sources, such as the medical records organized by the political police (DEOPS), the articles signed by Cerruti in the periodicals published in São Paulo A Plebe, A Obra, A Lanterna and La Difesa. Therefore, the objectives of the present work are: to investigate the political life of Isabel Cerruti (general objective); to study her professional trajectory, to understand her positions and approaches between different political projects throughout her life, to understand what it means to be a militant woman. We still want to analyze their circles of sociability with elements of Italian ethnicity and understand their female contribution to the working class between the First Republic and the installation of the Vargas dictatorship.

- ItemAcesso aberto (Open Access)Liberdade de expressão, pornografia e igualdade de gênero(Centro de Filosofia e Ciências Humanas e Centro de Comunicação e Expressão da Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, 2013-04-01) Barroso, Júlio [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP)This paper debates the controversy which has opposed liberal theorists to part of the feminist movement in the United States. The discussion is about the desirability of government's repression to pornography. Liberals are generally inclined to see the feminist demand for prohibition of pornography as the new version of the antiliberal, moralist and old censure. Feminists treat the theme as a political and egalitarian problem, using the argumentation that pornography is a misogynist industry which menaces socio-political equality between men and women, since its diffusion modifies the way women are publicly recognized. According to them, pornography is a kind of hate speech, like racism and homophobia.

The value- dissociation is able to point out the gender asymmetries denounced by feminism as strictly related, in a dialectical and constitutive way, with the capitalist dynamics. The characterization of a commodity-producing patriarchy marked in its central logic by the hierarchy between the genders, manifested in the context of the material relations of production and social reproduction, and also in the symbolic-cultural sphere in which the psychic constitution of the individuals is inserted. The understanding of capitalism as a civilizational model marked at its core by relations of domination makes possible for us to tell something about an oppressive totality that allows the unification of racial, class and gender patterns by a more comprehensive critique of capital, still barely explored in Brazil.

- ItemAcesso aberto (Open Access)Nietzsche e o "eterno-feminino": a posição da mulher e o diagnóstico nietzschiano da cultura(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2020-03-11) Paulo, Vinicius Souza De [UNIFESP]; Burnett Junior, Henry Martin [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São PauloThis dissertation aims to analyze the position of women in Friedrich Nietzsche's thought, with regard to the diverse metaphors, images, typologies and mythical references of women, which appear in the nietzschean work expressing a positive value of women, in their relationship with the acid criticisms directed at the modern woman, at the feminine expressions of modern culture, which extend even to the feminist movements of emancipation of modernity. Through a contrast between the positive and negative aspects of women that permeate the work of Nietzsche, it is possible to see that the position of women in nietzschean thought has a direct relationship with his critique of modern culture as an expansion of platonic/christian values that support the basis of the nihilistic condition of modernity. In this sense, the positive images of women, in addition to denouncing all the ascetic idealism prevailing in modern women, which demean the body and instincts, are consequently an expression of the values that Nietzsche seeks to restore, not only in culture, but also in the image of human, as an yet undetermined animal, going beyond fixed identities, idealistic, metaphysical, substantial conceptions of the human, evidenced in the decadent movements of modernity, valuing a dionysian vision of life affirmation.
