Currently, The Term Chronic Non-Progressive Or Non-Evolutionary Encephalopathy Has Been Used To Leave Its Persistent But Non-Evolutionary Character Objective, Although Clinical Manifestations May Change With The Development Of The Child. The Patient With Cnpe Has Several Disorders Such As Delayed Neuropsychomotor Development, Seizures, Intestinal Constipation, Among Others. The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Cnpe Should Be Performed By An Interdisciplinary Team As Early As Possible. Prophylaxis In The Care Of Pregnant Women And Care In The Neonatal Period Contributes To Reducing The Incidence Of Cnpe. The Multidisciplinary Team With The Plurality Of Knowledge And Acting, Can Bring Each Patient With Cnpe The Most Appropriate
