The Objective Of This Work Was To Evaluate The Mechanical Behavior And Corrosion Resistance Of Plasma Nitrided 7075-T651 Alloy. Plasma Nitriding Was Performed Using A Pulsed Dc Source In A Temperature Of 350°C Using The Ratio Of 4:1 Between Nitrogen And Hydrogen Gases For 4 Hours. The Characterization Of The Material After Nitring Was Made Through X-Ray Diffraction, Hardness, Optical Profilometry, Microscopy And Corrosion And Tribocorrosion Analyses. It Was Used 27 Proof Bodies (11 Nitrided And 16 Without Nitriding) For S-N Curves Determination, Using For Each Applied Stress Level (150-500 Mpa) At Least 2 Tests. The High Cycle Fatigue Tests Were Conducted In Traction Conditions (R = 0,1), With Constant Amplitude Load. A Layer Of Approximately 2.1 "M Was Obtained On The Alloy Surface By The Plasma Nitridin
