It is an intervention research with cartographic approach, in which several instruments have been used to produce data. It is intended to initially understand the organizational work process to meet this request and, for that, screening appointment records from May 2012 to December 2013 were collected, study of medical records from people with suicidal ideation and/or suicide attempt, examination of user?s appointment flow and a survey of materials about suicide. They were also carried out semi-structured interviews with health workers involved in these cases to understand their views on the subject. These materials, as well as the implication of the researcher who was part of this unit staff, were analyzed in individual and collective orientation spaces. It was found that care offers were focused on mental distress medicalization and the service organization was predominantly focused on providing medical appointments. First analyzes create questions that allowed the construction of a material that also represents a research product, called as affection box (with books, articles, movies, music and poetry) that brings different perceptions about suicide and was used on the conversation circles. It can be consulted and/or used by professionals, students and others who are interested in the subject ? available in attachment and blog. On the next phase of this research, four conversation circles were made with the team, in which the materials and systematic issues were presented and provoked new conversations that allowed to question the prevailing views on the subject and rethink work process in the unit, not only in terms of suicide care, but also for other mental suffering issues. Another important aspect is workers suffering and the medicalization of this suffering. Later, unit's psychiatrists were also interviewed, considering the importance of medical appointment and drug prescription in this service organization to meet these and other requests. This step brought new data what contributed to the expansion of this discussion. Interventions produced by this investigation appeared since the early stages and they are expressed in the leadership of these workers, who have reunited to create spaces for meeting and continuing education in order to analyze their work processes and the produced care. In this way, it aims to contribute to reflection and attention proposals for this important public health problem.

The new reality makes the profile of the new working professionals adapt to new paradigms that are devoted to life production. Spaces, named by the Ministry of Health, such as Permanent Education ("Educação Permanente"), were created to facilitate this passage. The current study decided to discuss how this tool has been used, to propose a mechanism that in fact enhances the spaces of the Continuing Education in Primary Health Care ("Educação Permanente na Atenção Básica em Saúde"). It has been presented the possibility of eight meetings in the workshop format, intended to improve and facilitate the group processo of two teams of Family Health Strategy, so that they meet their potentials and difficulties regarding the learning needs, uniquely presented, and thus enabling their qualifications to act in this "new" SUS. The chosen method to experiencie this collective process and research was the mapping within the research-intervention, allowing that I could move between the intervention and the observation by lurking around. The meetings have provided delicate changes on the health work of these teams and the perceptions that these have on theis collective. To set these meetings through narratives, photograph and video records, brought an aesthetic perspective to the events, unraveling in the processes, the relevance of the reserach as being a space that has created a power to listen, recognize and investigate situations brought by workers and as an opportunity to "caring for the carers", in the daily work.

In this way, the permanent education plan must be built on the effective participation of the workers in the sector, wide-ranging collective debate, and bottom-up participative planning. The aim of this study was to check, from the perspective of the managers, if the process of Health Permanent Education (EPS) in a public school hospital refers to its legal basis as its guide. The research methodology was transversal, descriptive in nature, with a qualitative approach. The study occurred in a public school hospital that specializes in vascular medicine, cardiology, and nephrology. The hospital is located in Salvador, Bahia. Fifteen PES managers participated in this study. The data collection occurred through semi-structured interviews according to a script. Thematic type analysis of content was applied to the qualitative data. The study concluded that both the National Policy of Permanent Education (NPPE) and the Hospital's Permanent Educacion Structure (EPS) are unknown to the interviewed personnel, who manifested difficulty to conceptualize Permanent Education (PE), Continuing Education, and In-Service Education. Significant learning and the participation of the multi-professional team were not mentioned in the process of building a professional collective from the survey and problematization of PE needs. There is a need for monitoring the results of the educational actions; investing in the human and financial resources management, and of an enhanced appreciation of the workspace as a transforming space. The institutional EPS does not communicate with its referring legal basis; it is up to the employees to demand and to the managers to implement it.

DESIGN AND SETTING: Qualitative focal group study among primary care services in the cities of Porto Alegre and Parobé, State of Rio Grande do Sul. METHODS: A deliberately selected sample of 41 general practitioners who were working in basic health services met in focal groups. Two videos were presented, which simulated consultations for patients with depression and psychoses. The discussions about the identification and handling of mental health problems were recorded and assessed via content analysis. RESULTS: The opinions related to the difficulties of diagnosing and treating mental problems, the involvement of relatives in caring for patients, the difficulty of compliance with the treatment, the uncertainty experienced by physicians and the difficulty of referring patients to specialized services. CONCLUSIONS: The general practitioners indicated that they perceived the mental health problems among their clientele, but the diagnosis and treatment of these problems are still seen as a task for specialists. The challenge of continuing education on mental health requires methods of interactive and critical teaching, such as the problem-based approach.

In São Paulo , plays a decisive role in the creation of Centers of Development and Qualification for SUS, which contribute significantly in planning, implementation, conduct and access to proceeds from that policy, to improve services health offered by health care network. Questions on the development of policy in the state and the regions, your driving and construction , role of managers and agents involved , among other issues remain unanswered , particularly given the lack of research that legitimize the conduct of the National Continuing Education in health regions. This study investigated the Permanent Health Education for higher education professionals in the management of health services in the metropolitan area of Santos, seeking its improvement. Methods: With a quantitative approach was applied to attitudinal Likert scale to upper -level professionals who participated in Continuing Education in Health capabilities using Google Docs as a tool ; gave a feedback of 90 questionnaires from all of 200 who underwent validation and , subsequently , the reliability analysis of the information obtained . Qualitative analysis was conducted through semi structured interviews with 11 representatives of management interviews that comprise the Permanent Commission on Teaching and Service Integration / Center for Continuing Education in Health. Interview data were subjected to content analysis, thematic analysis method. Results: It can be considered that the form of construction of the regional plan has not reached since its implementation until the period in which the study was conducted, the central purpose of directing the actions of training and development professionals to the Unified Health System. Identified the need for participation of stakeholders especially the inclusion of Social Control. It is understood the need for educational institutions to recognize their role in the training of health professionals to work in the Unified Health System, aligning their pedagogical projects the principles of politics and placing its students in service on a proposed change / redesign of work processes.

Methods: This was a qualitative research, using the bibliographical research; documentary and field, and of techiniques for data collection, such as semi-structured interviews with the managers of SMS search and focus groups with health professionals to working in UBS and hospital. The data analysis took into account the proposal of the content analysis of Bardin, from thematic core, core of meaning and the categories objects of study. Results: The PCCS of the studied municipal districts meet the Nacional Guidelines of PCCS, contemplating the premises “Desprecariza SUS” ind the fight against precarious link. However, the PCCS is little known by the severs, in addition to weaknesses in the evolution of criteria about the server the performance evaluation and permanent education policies, perceived as assumptions of valuation and recognition of professional by MS. It was noted also that there are differences in the treatment of statutory and “celetistas” servers, non-inclusion of categories the health; the non-recognition of the qualification/training as one of the pillars for development, generating therefore, dissatisfaction and frustration with regard to personnel policies practiced in both municipalities. Conclusion: The PCCS of the studied municipal districts do not consider the working condition as key factor to personal policies and that in a way, make up the everyday professional and impact directly on performance evaluation and professional progression, even though discussion with the premises of “Desprecariza SUS”. The possibilities of deplouing a PCCS allowing the recognition and the professional valuation shoud be reconsidered from the different social actors, not only in search of evolution, but in the fight against any factor of precariousness of work relationships. Unite political will and the debate on the ways to make personnel policy in the SUS is the first step to treat health career like as a professional and stable project.
- ItemSomente MetadadadosManipuladores de alimentos atuantes em um abrigo institucional: discutindo o processo de educação permanente(Universidade Federal de São Paulo, 2017) Silva, Angela Lima da [UNIFESP]; Batista, Sylvia Helena Souza da Silva [UNIFESP]; http://lattes.cnpq.br/7402359906381953; http://lattes.cnpq.br/9873169386023810Children's feeding practices include various factors such as food consumption, availability, cultural and media influences, but are mainly influenced by the knowledge, experiences and experiences of the mother and / or caregiver. In the case of children received by the State, these depend on the care of several people, who bring their cultural and educational influences throughout their lives into their professional practice, which often does not comply with appropriate feeding practices, and may have a negative impact on the Children's health. Based on this scenario, the aim of this study was to discuss the demands and expectations of professionals involved with infant feeding from an institutional sheltering service that serves children from 0 to 3 years old, in order for the education process. In this research, we chose a qualitative research, in the case study modality, having as food handlers participants and social protection agents (caregivers) acting in an institutional reception service. The data were produced through a semi-structured interview and participant observation, analyzed according to the content analysis technique, thematic type, allowing the construction of four thematic nucleo, which revealed the profile of the professionals involved in infant feeding, as well as the knowledge and the conceptions brought from their professional practice, the understanding of their role in the development and growth of the children, the facilities, difficulties and limitations of the professional performance, and finally, showed how the training process occurs for them to work with infant feeding. Thus, the food practices and care of the adopted children in the daily life of the professionals studied are guided by the knowledge and conceptions based on sociocultural influences and the personal experience lived with motherhood, going against the current nutritional and food recommendations. It can be observed that caregivers have difficulty distinguishing their professional role as their mother, unlike the food handlers, who perceive themselves as educators, acting actively in the formation of the eating habits. It was revealed the difficulty that the professionals have to see the potentialities of their work, as well as to identify that some activities are part of the caregiver assignment. The presence of menu was considered as potentiality and the absence of work material and extensive workload as a hindrance to professional performance. The training process of these professionals is based on the perspective of traditional teaching, with occasional actions outside the work environment, focused on the transmission of information and technical procedures, using traditional teaching methodologies. Thus, it was identified the need of the training process of these professionals to be constructed according to the particularities of the service, considering their knowledge and perceptions, enabling the critical reflection on professional practice and the autonomy of the subject in the construction of their knowledge and citizenship.

The outpatient model, centered in the medical professional, it moved to a strategy or the family health program (PSF), with new principles as: health promotion, health responsibility for a territory. In January 2008, the core of support for family health (NASF) was created for the expansion, increased resolution and completeness in health care. The NASF was thought of as a specialized rear toward the clinical and educational action in support of teams, using technologies such as: Matrix Support, Expanded Clinic, Unique Therapeutic Project (PTS), Health project in the territory (PST) and continuing education (EP). The research presented here aims to investigate the General theoretical knowledge and practices that the ESF professionals and the NASF associated with the Matrix-based. The specific objectives are: to investigate how the Matrix-based into the daily routine of the professionals and shared construction; besides enabling scientific return for public authorities and contribute to effective public policy. It is descriptive and exploratory study, quantitative approach, with qualitative refinement. Were invited to join the PSF doctors and nurses and all the professionals of the NASF linked the five basic health units (UBS) of the region of Capela do Socorro of Sao Paulo. Data collection took place by questionnaire; It took five dates of 30 minutes each, in five UBS, to perform it. 78:44 professionals participated in the PSF and 34 of the NASF. Descriptive statistics and inferenciais were carried out. The results reveal that 80 of surveyed have graduate degrees, but only 35 are post-graduates in family health, indicating lack of theoretical training. The answers regarding the everyday actions of Matrix-based, indicate the existence of differences between PSF teams and NASF, in particular three concepts: intersectoral approach (32.6 of the PSF against 76.5 of the NASF), Permanent Education (51 of the PSF against 85 of the NASF) and Expanded Clinic (48.8 of the PSF and 79 of the NASF). The differences are smaller with regard to the practice of PTS and discussion of Case, respectively: 76.7 of the PSF and 100 of NASF and 85 of the PSF and 100 of the NASF. There is more consensus when it comes to work. The analysis of qualitative issues have enabled a refinement, giving access to freely meanings assigned to the Matrix-based by groups of subjects and the set of parsed data indicates that the PSF teams tend to organize from a model of ambulatory assistance doctor-centric, while the teams of the NASF are more open to other sectors, knowledge and trading spaces. It was noticed that the Matrix-based can be a good strategy, but still need to make adjustments to make it more compatible with the work of the two teams, for example making the ESF professional agendas, as well as raise the awareness of managers and trainers of universities of the need to expand the vision that they have of the possibilities of sharing knowledge and experiences.

Most patients live with poor oral health, which is particularly harmful to PVHA. The professional training of dentistry, which is traditionally objective, technical and procedure-centered – can result in numbness/indifference subjective demands of patients, especially those who live with a infectious and contagious disease with complex interfaces of psychological, social, emotional, economic, legal, among others. With this, the proposal of Permanent Education showed up as a coherent frame of reference that can bring contributions to positive changes in how those involved in the process of oral health care of PVHA understand the notion of care and health care. Objectives: To investigate the perception of adults living with HIV/Aids, users of an outpatient service in IST/Aids the Baixada Santista area, about your oral health, as well as your perception about the role and expectations established with the dental professional and the relationship of care established with this health care professional. From the survey, propose a educational action with the dental professionals in general, especially addressed to professionals who serve patients living with HIV/Aids, in order to allow for a reflection on their daily practices, difficulties and limitations of your work and, in addition, allow the construction of welfare practices that comprise the unique needs of these subject, beyond the perspective traditionally adopted in this field to know. Methods: We used the qualitative method with the use of various strategies, research and desk research, focus groups, semi-structured interviews and diaries of field. Were selected in a convenience sample of 12 (twelve) PVHA of a dentistry service IST/Aids clinic of the Baixada Santista, in two groups: PSBP (PVHA with poor oral health) and PSBA (PVHA with proper oral health). The research data were categorised from the thematic analysis of content of Bardin (1977). Results and discussion: The PSBA presented greater recognition of the importance of oral health with more complete and complex concepts. However the PSBP, although present simpler notions, reported basic knowledge and the consequences of carelessness. Therefore the PSBP had access to information, but not necessarily adopted practical measures of oral care. This requires a reflection about the actual effects of information when it is offered to purely technical, objective manner or context. In addition, both as reported their PSBA and PSBP experiences with HIV, being that the PSBP were unanimous in feeling that the oral health worsened after diagnosis of HIV/Aids, while PSBA were divided. There was a subtle distinction in speeches about self-care because PSBP have a higher tendency to clear accountability for own oral health, with highest expression of passivity, fear and shame of being judged, while the PSBA have less tendency toward passivity and more commitment to self-care, as well as a more critical about the rights of PVHA. Final considerations: The purpose of this work is a process of idealization technical disruption of the care and the ability to look beyond the mouth organ, recognising that it is necessary to allow the mouth can also "speak" and, thus, from the speech of the subject, take a real position of oral health care. It is a quest to meet those people – care targets – in what they actually need and it makes sense for them, considering their experiences and views.

It is believed that the teaching-service integration brings moments of reflection and changes the practices of the professional in their units, causing a new way to produce health. This project aims to describe and analyze the insertion of the activities of UNIFESP-BS, in the perspective of health professionals. An exploratory research was conducted from the qualitative approach using documentary analysis and semi-structured interviews applied to the primary health care professionals (community health workers, nurses and unit chiefs) and the SEATESC team (Care in Community Health Work) involved in actions in UNIFESP-BS (Health Work Axis modules, mandatory internships and Integrated Multi Professional Residence in Health Care). Interviews were analyzed according to the content analysis, the thematic type. UNIFESP-BS services actions have been recognized by professionals and considered important when related to the reflections on practices and care, bringing a new look to how the health professional acts. However, professionals point out the difficulty of identifying and / or differentiate each action, often with indirect participation, without participating in the whole planning of activities, among others. The academy-service partnership as a driving force of changing practices can highlight as positive, since many professionals feel provoked to seek new knowledge and new doings as well. They can recognize a more dedicated care look when monitoring students in their activities, but do not feel responsible for training, considering sometimes the monitoring of students work overload. The Multidisciplinary Residence is the activity pointed by professionals as the most relevant to the transformation of practice. The vocational training proposed by UNIFESP-BS, in accordance with the policy guidelines of national and international training comes in construction with advances and challenges. Several strategies have been implemented in order to strengthen the relationship between UNIFESP-BS and the SMS-Santos as Care specialization course in network and planning meetings and shared assessment of actions at different levels of management. This way of approach between academia and service has advanced the promotion of qualified meetings and has been recognized as beneficial for all actors in this journey: professionals, teachers, students, users and managers.

Among the specific actions of Dentistry in primary health care, there is attention to the oral health of pregnant women, since the relationship between oral diseases, especially periodontal disease, and preterm and low birth weight is well documented in literature. This study aimed to problematize attention to oral health during prenatal care in facilities of primary health care in the area of the hills of Santos, São Paulo. The research had a qualitative approach and was carried out in three primary care facilities that have different forms of organization, namely: traditional basic unit of health, family health unit with oral health team and Family Health Unit without oral health team. For the production of data was used document analysis, field diary, semi-structured interviews applied to service managers and questioning workshops on attention to oral health with the teams that were studied. The transcribed material was analyzed using thematic analysis. All participants signed a free and informed consent. From this perspective, the interprofessionalism favors reformulating the relationship between content, teaching and service, thus setting in motion the exchange of experiences and knowledge, with an attitude of respect for diversity and cooperation for effective and transformative practices, sustained by continuous communication. In this context, teamwork and collaborative practices in health care are essential when health care professionals from different areas provide health care based on integrality, involving users and their families, caregivers and communities. This study aimed to analyze teamwork as the guiding of health care activities, discussing the dimensions of collaborative practice and continuing education of health care professionals providing services to the elderly. In the methodological field, this work was configured as a descriptive, analytical and transversal research. This research comprised 88 participants, health care professionals from 16 different professional categories of the Instituto Paulista de Geriatria e Gerontologia (IPGG) "José Ermínio de Moraes" (São Paulo – Brazil). In the first phase we used the Team Climate Inventory (TCI), an attitude scale of the type "Likert" structured in four distinct parts, each addressing unique aspects of teamwork and effective collaboration with other health professionals. In the second phase, from the data collected in phase 1, a new set of data was gathered using a semi-structured interview method with 24 of the 88 professionals who had participated in phase 1, each of 24 representing one professional category. It was considered as drivers elements: 1.Information Sharing / Team Communication 2.Teamwork and Collaboration 3.Knowledge transfer, commitment to common goals. The group of professionals who participated in the research was characterized by: 76% of the professionals interviewed were women and 24% were men; they were 44 years of age on average; 49% of them had an undergraduate degree; 66% undergraduated from private colleges; 50% of them with graduate; with 16 years of undergraduates on average; and with 7 years of work in the IPGG and in the team on average. Through the Team Climate Inventory, it was observed that on average, the perception of professionals was based on the fact that their own participation and the participation of their colleagues in the team, the support for new ideas, clarity of team goals and orientation to execute the work, if were not in a negative condition, did not reach a positive assessment, indicating that these aspects are present, but need to be improved. Through the semi-structured interview method, as it has been already shown in previous studies, in order for the teamwork and collaborative practices for these professionals to be effective, is necessary to improve the management of collaborative practices, create opportunities for dialogue and sharing of ideas, knowledge and objectives, and allow for a greater commitment and motivation for the majority of colleagues. Despite the complaints of low wages and lacking infrastructure, from the testimony of those professionals, there was a predisposition for teamwork and collaborative practices, provided that that does not entail extra work. It can be concluded that the greatest challenges for the teamwork and collaborative practices are associated with the behavior of people and institutional dynamic, and therefore proposals for interprofessional education, continuing education strategies and institutional awareness are necessary.
