    This Study Handles The Photographic Image As A Critical Poetic In A State Of Exception Period. The Approach Refers Specifically To The Surroundings Of The Luz Region, A Territory Located In The Centre Of The City Of São Paulo That Encompasses A Reminiscence Of The Civic-Military Brazilian Dictatorship: The Building Of The Former Deops (Political And Social Order Department) " Which Now Bears Two Different Museums, The Estação Pinacoteca And The Memorial Da Resistência. The Procedures Of This Research Aim To Impart Fernando Piola"S Projeto Praça Vermelha (2005-2014) And Tuca Vieira"S Photographic Series Cracolândia (2012) As Artworks Bound To A Poetic Capable Of Breaking The Silence And Facing The Open Wounds Of The Urban Setting.
