- ItemAcesso aberto (Open Access)Produção acadêmica sobre o instituto Ayrton Senna (2002 -2015) : características e contribuições(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2016-07-26) Silva, Fernando Xavier [UNIFESP]; Jacomini, Marcia Aparecida [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP)This research undertook a systematic literature review of academic production on the performance of the Ayrton Senna Institute (IAS) in public education. Thus, the object of study is the academic production (theses, dissertations and papers) published from 2002 to 2015. The objective was to identify characteristics and contributions of academic production on the IAS, focusing on the analysis of the results and conclusions among the works in the scope of the search. The analyzed set of works was collected in repositories and databases of theses and dissertations from higher education institutions, from Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Ensino Superior (Higher Education Personnel Improvement Coordination), from Digital Theses and Dissertations Library and from the Scientific Electronic Library Online journals list, following the descriptors ?InstitutoAyrton Senna?, ?Ayrton Senna Foundation? and ?IAS?. The result of this search was a set of 64 selected works, with 24 dissertations, 6 theses and 34 papers. In line with the characteristics of systematic reviews of academic production andwith the objective of this research, a full reading of the entire set took place. After the reading, the general characteristics of the work and contributions were analyzed and expressed in the results and conclusions of the research. The study took in account the methodologies and the context of private initiatives called ?third sector?, since they have an important influence on the construction of the object. Thus, it was possible to gather analysis, results and conclusions of dissertations, theses and articles on concepts, discourses and actions of IAS in public education. Regarding the results, it was found that some works considered being positive the results of partnerships between IAS and municipalities as they succeed in the improvement of educational indices as dropout rate, repetition and age/grade distortion. However, most of the works considered partnerships as negative because they inserted marketable values in public schools and changed the role of the director into a manager, as his primarily responsible moved to the educational outcomes of the school he is in charge. For the majority of the authors, there was also a lack of transparency in partnerships, and the introduction of market or almost-market oriented logic in public education, as wellas changes in local legislation, required by IAS. They also emphasized that the boundaries between public and private have been reset before speeches and performances closely inspired by neo-liberalism, which found in the ?new social democracy?political means to decentralize the performance of services former regarded as the responsibility of State. This study took as reference for the analytical perspectives several elements of the works of Antonio Gramsci, Lúcia Maria Wanderley Neves and Ricardo Antunes. In conclusion, most of the analyzed research indicates that partnerships between IAS and educational public institutions are part of a broader policy of redefining the State?s role in relation to social rights, which has sought to strengthen the hegemonyof the ruling classes in their discourse on public education and the school. In this perspective, civil society has been interpreted as a synonym for private initiative, without regard to the antagonisms present in a society divided into classes.
- ItemSomente MetadadadosRequirements engineering for safety-critical systems: A systematic literature review(Elsevier Science Bv, 2016) Martins, Luiz Eduardo G. [UNIFESP]; Gorschek, TonyContext: Safety-Critical Systems (SCS) are becoming increasingly present in our society. A considerable amount of research effort has been invested into improving the SCS requirements engineering process as it is critical to the successful development of SCS and, in particular, the engineering of safety aspects. Objective: This article aims to investigate which approaches have been proposed to elicit, model, specify and validate safety requirements in the context of SCS, as well as to what extent such approaches have been validated in industrial settings. The paper will also investigate how the usability and usefulness of the reported approaches have been explored, and to what extent they enable requirements communication among the development project/team actors in the development of SCS. Method: We conducted a systematic literature review by selecting 151 papers published between 1983 and 2014. The research methodology to conduct the SLR was based on the guidelines proposed by Kitchenham and Biolchini. Results: The results of this systematic review should encourage further research into the design of studies to improve the requirements engineering for SCS, particularly to enable the communication of the safety requirements among the project team actors, and the adoption of other models for hazard and accident models. The presented results point to the need for more industry-oriented studies, particularly with more participation of practitioners in the validation of new approaches. Conclusion: The most relevant findings from this review and their implications for further research are as follows: integration between requirements engineering and safety engineering areas
- ItemAcesso aberto (Open Access)Revisão sistemática da literatura sobre estudos que avaliam qualidade de vida em pessoas com transtornos alimentares(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2009-02-27) Tirico, Patricia Passarelli [UNIFESP]; Blay, Sergio Luis [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP)Purpose: To conduct a systematic review evaluating eating disorders (ED) quality of life studies. Methods: Bibliographic searches were made on six eletronic databases (MEDLINE, EMBASE, LILACS, PSYCINFO, Cochrane Depression, Anxiety and Neurosis Group Database Trials, e Cochrane Library), and manual searches were performed on two journals (The International Journal of Eating Disorders, and Quality of Life Research: An International Journal of Quality of Life Aspects of Treatment, Care and Rehabilitation), concerning to the period of january/1975 to june/2008. All eating disorders quality of life studies assessed through validated measures, generic or specific to ED, were included in this review. Studies with clinical samples and systematic reviews were evaluated and classified based on “NHMRC additional levels of evidence and grades for recommendations STAGE 2 CONSULTATION” criteria. Studies with populational samples were evaluated based on Evidenced-Based Mental Health (EBMH) prevalence guideline. Qualitative studies were evaluated based on Evidence-Based Medicine Working Group criteria for qualitative research, and studies validating specific quality of life measures for ED patients were evaluated based on Scientific Advisory Committee of the Medical Outcomes Trust criteria. Results: A total of 29.537 articles were identified. Most of them were excluded by title and 2.758 abstracts were read more carefully. Next, 173 articles were analyzed, providing the inclusion of 41 articles in this review. Discussion: Overall, the studies demonstrate impairment on eating disorders patients quality of life. The evaluation of binge eating disorder (BED) subjects revealed concordance between the results. Little evidence and discussion were observed to bulimia nervosa (BN) subjects, and the evaluation of anorexia nervosa (AN) subjects request caution. Most studies used a generic instrument to evaluate quality of life in this population and four specific eating disorders quality of life instrument were developed, being at validation phase. Conclusion: In spite of a growing interest on the theme and increasing number of research on eating disorders quality of life, the results of this review denote a preponderance of crosssectional studies, small samples sizes, populational studies with no control of confounding variables and few studies about validation of specific eating disorders quality of life instruments, which limits the generalization of the findings. Therefore, researches considering these aspects are necessary to allow a better drawing of the problem and its evaluation.
