In 2013, the Municipal Department of Health in the city of Santos/SP started the work of the Municipal Conductor Group, which follow the guidelines developed by the Ministry of Health and provides for the points of attention mix to the health care of people with disabilities, developing the design of municipal care network and the contract of its points of attention. This research aimed to study the historical background of the Municipal Conductor Group in the construction of the Person Care Network with Disabilities in Santos, from March 2014 to December 2016. The choice of thematic oral history method, through narratives of the journeys of Municipal Conductor Group members, contributed to the construction of a narrative that enables the understanding of the links between the group's history, the care model proposed by the Health Care Network for People with Disabilities and the redefinition of health practices related to this population in the municipality. Aspects related to the conception of disability and personal constructs about the care representations emerged in a recurring way in the narratives, as well as the power of the GCM in strengthening health policies for this public. The results showed that people with disabilities need more accessible practices and services that address their needs.
- ItemAcesso aberto (Open Access)A história da África e dos afrodescendentes vai à escola: a Lei 10.639/2003 e os saberes docentes(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2019-02-19) Correa Junior, Rui Leon Aenlhe [UNIFESP]; Lourenco, Elaine [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP)From the interview of three teachers and two teachers of History of the Municipal Education Network of the City of São Paulo, this work seeks to understand how the teaching of African History and the African descendants has been taught, since, since 2003, we have a Law (10.639 / 2003) that mandates the teaching of the subject in question. In this sense, it supports us theoretically in the elaborations of Maurice Tardif, with regard to the concept of teaching saber, and in the elaborations of Ivor Goodson (1995 and 1992), a respect for the importance of the teacher's life trajectory. Still, the discussions about respect for the teacher's professional life cycle presented by Huberman (2000). Teachers who already work or work with a thematic proposal in the Law are privileged, as well as this work is imbued with considering a life trajectory of teachers and the moment of their careers. Given the importance of investigating how the teacher teaches his classes, we seek teachers and teachers at different points in their career. You can also understand or understand who led history teachers, without understanding their motivations, inspirations, and even frustrations, to analyze how they can articulate life history, knowledge, and experiential knowledge. Therefore, we also sought to interview teachers who graduated before or after the Law, adding teachers who graduated from public and private universities, with no sense of thinking how their initial education influenced or influenced work. Finally, the values of the methodologies of oral history allow to look beyond the first layer of the relationship of teachers.
- ItemSomente MetadadadosOuvindo o coração: a vivência de pacientes submetidos a transplante cardíaco(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2019-03-20) Vieira, Nadia Vitorino [UNIFESP]; Castro-Silva, Carlos Roberto de [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP)This study intends to describe and understand the perezhivanie (a lived experience) of a heart transplant as a metaphor for a work of art. To this end, we started out with the Oral Life Stories of 16 heart transplant patients, analyzed and discussed according to the perspective of Lev S. Vygotsky, using his book “The Psychology of Art” as a key reference. We focus on the possible shifts in the subjects' lifestyles (good and bad encounters) after undergoing a transplant, as well as seek to understand how the emotions in experiencing a cardiac transplant are articulated through their life stories. These stories are part of the «Memory of Heart» project and are kept in the Banco de Memórias e Histórias de Vida (BMHV) of CeHFi/Unifesp. Narratives from our contributors, as a way of explaining the work of art represented by the heart transplant and their lives, have proven to be capable of deeply questioning all of those who had access to it and profound meanings emerged from sharing this between researchers and contributors. Moreover, like all true works of art, they not only produced quantitative transformations in feelings but above all, qualitative. This brings us to the idea that the narratives hold a cathartic aspect, where harrowing and unpleasant emotions are subjected to transforming into contraries. This paper has allowed us to traverse Vygotsky's Cultural-Historical Psychology from a viewpoint related to the field of health. An initiative like this is not all that common, given that this thinker has more resonance within the educational sphere. Cultural-Historical Psychology offered us an opportunity to reflect on the transplant recipient's social ties, most of all in the representative role of family and the health staff, who together went through the limits, the hope for a donor to arrive and the complications, and lastly, the particularities of their relations with their body and with life.
