METHODS: The literature review had been used as methodology procedure. RESULTS: The analysis of the described experiences allowed to conclude that the T.Q.M. propitiated a profit with relation to the human features guaranteeing the satisfaction of the internal customer in its environment of work. The patient had its necessities supplied, there was recognition from the society and there was also improvement in the hospital statistics pointers. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The add of values based on the system knowledge consciousness, in scenery studies and the continuous learning became the differentiating element of these organizations.
