The Objective Of This Research Was To Evaluate And Compare The Access And Quality Of Basic Care To People With Hypertension And Diabetes Mellitus With The Analysis Of Secondary Data Of The 2nd Cycle Of The Program Of Improvement Of Access And Quality - Pmaq Of The Five Federative Regions Of Brazil. The Triad Of Donabedian, Related To Independent Variables Of Process Structure And Results Of Basic Health Care, Was Identified As The Theoretical Reference, Identifying Patterns Of Pmaq. The Analysis Was Performed Using The Homogeneity Of Proportions Test Based On The Pearson Chi-Square Test Or Fisher's Exact Test. The User Satisfaction Variable Used To Obtain The Dichotomous Outcome Variable Was The Cluster Analysis. Multiple Logistic Regression Models Were Constructed For The Five Regions Of Brazil. The Results Pointed Out Important Differences In The Equities Of The Evalua
- ItemAcesso aberto (Open Access)QuestNASF: Desenvolvimento de um instrumento de avaliação dos NASF - AB(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2019-04-15) Siena, Cesar Augusto Favaro [UNIFESP]; Furtado, Juarez Pereira [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP)We elaborated an interdisciplinarity evaluation questionnaire of primary health group of workers, considering complex factors as role conflict and ambiguity, leadership establishment, innovation at work, professional diversity, shared goals and guidelines, team size, premises and composition, organisational (management) support, training in interprofessional cooperation, audit (evaluation) in workplace and others. The questionnaire was adapted to NASF (Family Health Support Nucleus), appointed subsequently as NASF-AB (Extended Family and Primary Health Support Nucleus), established aiming to expand comprehensiveness and problem resolution (case-resolving) of pimary care by the means of matrix support, a primary health interdisciplinar management mode. We intend to fill gaps left by current NASF evaluation instruments, focusing on interdisciplinarity sibsidizing feedback for the evolution of this work proposal.
- ItemAcesso aberto (Open Access)A saúde mental infanto juvenil e atenção básica: um estudo de caso(Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP), 2019-08-26) Santos, Aline Silva Markoski Dos [UNIFESP]; Furtado, Juarez Pereira [UNIFESP]; Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP)Children and teenagers with mental health issues, especially severe and complex cases, seem to be relegated to places in the health care networks through a referral system with little or no involvement within primary care. Despite the specialized support of dedicated units called NASF-AB and the national public health (SUS) policies, which guides the completeness and longitudinality of this care along with the support healthcare network/mental health network (RAS/RAPS) and among other sectors, the actions seem to be below the standards. In order to understand the mental health care of children and adolescents within Primary Care, we conducted a case study based on the charting the therapeutic itineraries experienced by that population within the primary health care unit (UBS) with NASF-AB support. We used open interviews, narratives, focal groups and records analysis as empirical bases in the development of the study. We discuss the results from a matrix of principles unfolded in criteria built from federal government policies, that guides mental health care, including the study population. From our analysis, we observed that the theme involving children, adolescents, mental health and the development of its care in public health, as proposed by SUS, is still under construction. It is necessary to undertake important adjustments to the current methods, in order to achieve the proposed model. Primary care still does not have compatible human and material resources to cope with this daily and ever growing demand primary care units (UBS). The articulation between services and sectors, as proposed to ensure the completeness and longitudinality of care is still incipient, even for severe and complex cases of child mental health. The care advocated for this public still presents many important challenges to be faced so that it translates into positive development for those subjects, in an ethic of inclusion and citizenship building in the communities.
