Abstract: The brain drain of health professionals is an issue of continuing interest and debate. The WPA set up a Task Force to examine the phenomenon as it relates specifically to mental health professionals. This report provides a description of the work of the Task Force and its recommendations in regard to how the WPA might act to help address the issue.
