|Abstract:||Scleroderma is uncommon in children and adolescents. Eighty-four cases have been reported. With reference to a new series of 11 cases, the clinical features and course of the disease are described. Prognosis was good. There have been no deaths and none of the patients have significant visceral organ damage.|
